Great Picture Frame
I love being able to see my grandkids everyday in this frame.AMTsnap
The frame is great, but the app is SUPER glitchy.
About 50% of the time when you upload photos it errors out. Additionally, the fact that you can only upload 9 photos at a time is tedious, and that's when it works.dorpadrip
Editing

Failed to send
Worked great for the first couple of weeks, but a year later, we can not send any pics to it. We’ve tried everything to get it to work and nothing is helping. Failed to send reply is the only things that seems to work. Disappointed!fryfam22
Won’t pair
Stopped working. Network fine. Tried deleting frame and now won’t re-pair. Connected to WiFi. Tried multiple phones.
Piece of crap. Junk. Maybe they are trying to sell new ones before Christmas. Don’t buy a Polaroid.Mike R60103
Polaroid digital frame
Corps pictures in frame. Hard to get phots to transfer to frame. Stopped working after 2 months. Have to keep it plugged in to function. Would look for another digital frame.Sandra the Nurse
Not as easy as advertised
Every time I try and load photos, I have to reassign the frame. And it often takes multiple tries before the photos actually load on the frame.ChinaLea
App is okay
When I send a photo it tells me the photo didn’t send successfully but when I look at the picture frame the photo did send.U215114
