Unlinked my frame
Somehow my frame unlinked itself and the app is zero help with how to fix the issue. No directions or options to contact. I shouldn’t have dig out the directions to fix something I didn’t break. So irritating.

Can’t connect
I haven’t been able to connect since the latest update. I’ve never been able to connect to my home WiFi, always had to do my phone hotspot but now I can’t even do that. So frustrating.

Trouble sending photos
I purchased frames for my parents and my in-laws since we are a military family and live far away. I constantly have issues sending photos to the frames receiving the error “failed to send”. In the rare moment when it does send, the frame is great and our families love the new pictures of the grandkids, but it is frustrating that a majority of the time they fail to send.

Once worked but doesn’t now
I got this frame as a gift 3 months ago. It worked great at first but now it doesn’t work! The app is of no help whatsoever! Don’t waste your money!!!!!

Update
After a recent update, I now have to unplug the frame and restart it every morning.

Constantly disconnecting
I bought this frame for my mother-in-law so that we could share baby photos with her. She lives about 4 hours away from us, and the frame keeps disconnecting from the app. She’s not savvy enough to help us reconnect it, so we’re out of luck until we visit again.

Very upset
My son gave this to me for Christmas so I can get all my grand baby pics and I never get the pics. I tried everything update the app my phone and I tried to send pics myself that was hours ago and it still doesn’t say complete. Very disappointed

Picture Frame
So thrilled with my picture frame …. Day or night I can enjoy memories, that brighten my days …… great gift, that keeps giving ! Anyone would enjoy pictures not stored away but viewed daily

Does not work
I bought two frames. Both say “link failed” after connecting them to wi-fi and trying to connect to my iPhone.
