  • Horrible app

    When I link to the app my phone won’t stay connected. Also, when I attempt to load a video the app shuts off. The frame is a great concept but the implementation is terrible. The app is horrible!!

  • App not working

    I downloaded the app but it’s not working appropriately. When I pull up my photos they won’t show in the app so I have to guess what I’m picking. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it 3 times with the same issue. Makes sending photos to my frame nearly impossible. Very frustrating
  • Dog!

    Just got this as a Christmas gift. You can’t edit a picture even though it says you can. That part of the app doesn’t work. There is no way to get the notification of how many “new” pictures off the right hand corner, it shows in ever picture. Super annoying! The bottom left corner banner is annoying because it tells you were it imported the picture from. Ugh

  • Very disappointing

    29 Dec 2020 currently working (upgraded rating)

    Previously: spent lots of time on this, uninstall, reinstall, WiFi reboot, etc. Called the support telephone number only to find out this is a known problem going back almost a full month or more and you will notice that this app hasn’t been updated for 2 months. The software company that Polaroid “hired” to carry the brand name into WiFi capabilities is an LLC out of China that apparently has no interest in fixing this. So I will just return the Polaroid picture frame and never by from them again. Just shameful. This was an expensive gift from a brand I used to trust.

    Prior review: Purchased as a gift thinking the brand name might make it a good product choice, I suppose this brand doesn’t mean anything anymore. I can’t even find a “frequently asked questions” website to attempt to get this thing to work. The real difficulty is that this was not an inexpensive picture frame. I will never purchase this brand again.

    This app works great for me! I love the frame. We got it for a Christmas gift. I’ve been sending pictures to it all weekend.
  • App unable to locate iPhone 6 photos

    I have linked WIFI. No issue here. I have linked the frame to the phone. No issue here. However App is not able to access iPhone photos for upload. What am I missing? I will change my rating if this is a misunderstanding of instructions and a simple fix.
  • Software Errors?

    Edit 12/26: For what it’s worth, I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars because it worked the following day.

    There were still glitches— like the wifi not connecting properly after being set up (had to turn the device off and back on), and I know it wasn’t the wifi connection itself because I had a second frame still connected to it. After uploading new photos, it still said the number of new photos plastered on the bottom right corner even though it cycled through them all.

    I’m not sure what’s going on. I bought three frames for Christmas gifts and it worked beautifully for the first, but now I’m unable to upload to the other two. Majorly disappointed.

  • APP needs updating

    You would think Polaroid would have the best app for digital frames. When I try to add pictures through the app, one picture, if I’m lucky will show.

    My connection works well. I’ve updated my review to a 3 for now. If it works better, I’ll update it

  • Does not work

    This was a gift from children but we have not been able to upload any photos
    Nor does the app from IOS show up on phone - need to open in App store each time
    I’m an IT software person so I’ve tried all the ‘tricks’ to get software to work, uninstall, reinstall, unlink, delink, etc etc
    in addition the weather is for a Chinese city not our location
    what a waste of money!
