  • Frame Link Breaks Often

    This was a gift for my (technology challenged) grandma. The link between the app and the frame breaks so often. Y’all need to figure out a solution for that.
  • Terrible waste of money

    Sadly if you are here in the app it’s probably too late for you. I bought one of these for my father so I could share photos from a distance. The app is so flawed that it will not maintain the link with the frame for more than about 10 minutes. Needless to say now that I’m in a different country I certainly can’t share anything. They’ve updated the app and say they fixed this but how will I know? I am over 700 miles away from the frame I would need to link with. What a waste. Don’t buy this or return it if you have.

  • I love this!!

    My husband bought this for me and I absolutely love it. Seeing our pictures rotate through on a daily basis I makes me smile!!! So much better than a photo album that sits on the shelf. Can say enough good things!!!
  • Thumbnails don’t show up. Makes the app unusable

    Unfortunately the app doesn’t work properly. When selecting photos to transfer to the frame, the thumbnails do not appear making it basically impossible to select photos. Would Polaroid please fix this. It’s not worth buying the frame of the app doesn’t work
  • Video won’t upload

    Only 2 videos in my album are able to upload. The rest just go black and I can’t upload anything. Disappointed

    Thank you for fixing the bugs. I can now add photos and see new pictures of my grandson on the frame daily. Love this

  • Doesn’t show most pictures

    When you go to upload photos from your album you can’t see what pictures you are trying to choose from. The few that do show up load fine

  • App won’t connect

    The app won’t connect to our frames since the update. I tried emailing the company and the email was undeliverable so I’m hoping they’ll look at the reviews. :(
  • Update disappointment

    Bought this for my mom. I’ve enjoyed how easy it is to send straight from my photo library. Now it says “please choose devices which you want to upload”. No matter how many times I link it, it doesn’t work. Unless this is changed I will have to get her a different frame with a different app. Which is disappointing.

  • App Doesn’t Work; Frame is USELESS!

    I got everything downloaded for my 85 year old grandparents and now every time we try to send them pictures they say “failed to send”. Do not waste your money on this product or the app!

Alternatives to Polaroid 3.0 Wi
