    The app had been good previously but for the last 2 months, the tracking hasnt work. Buses have left stops early, pdf and app stop times differ, they are increasing the price regardless of what payment method you use, and they don’t run enough buses so people are standing. Not to mention it’s been well over a year and they haven’t added the function to use the same payment method as previous months, so I have to put my 2 payment methods in anew each month. Disappointed in Academy and their poor service overall.

    I’m unhappy with your driver he pushed me out and let me take the right with you bus I have to download it again for second time to put new Credit Card
    The right is for one hour and 40 minutes so I can do everything from my credit card to pay the bus and I am late to work that day so now I think I’m allowed to come with you I do shopping around see what happened
  • Canceled busses

    Stop canceling afternoon busses (Wall Street to brick park and ride). It’s happening so often now it’s getting very irritating.
  • So convenient

    This one good thing to come out of the pandemic.
  • Service/Fares

    You are the worse bus service I have ever taken. Your service is very limited and your fares are outrages for what passengers get. It’s just shocking! Buses come when they want to, people get stranded having to, at the last minute go to midtown to catch the NJ transit because your service is horrible! NJ Transit is reliable! I can’t say the same thing about Academy! I am reporting this to the State Governor because this should never happen to hard working people!!!

    Freezes all the time and your schedule is now terrible with less options on highway 36. Would rather drive and pay for train instead
  • Let’s you buy tickets and bus never showed

    3 days in a row now I get a ticket for the bus and it says on time and in route but about 15min before the bus is supposed to arrive it just goes gray and never showed up. I do not recommend this unless you like wasting money
  • Bus late

    Got to PNC at 5:40am for the 5:45 bus. Bus was parked at far side of lot and did not pull around until 5:48 am. This happened on Monday too when it was pouring. Not sure this was the 5:55 either as the bus departed at 5:51 half empty.
  • Everything was ok until I cannot buy 40 tickets anymore

    It keeps charging my credit cards but saying there is an error with the purchase and doesn’t give me tickets

    We apologize for the technical issue encountered for a few hours on 4/27/2022 that affected some customers using American Express. The problem was rectified and we see you were able to successfully purchase the 40 trip. Any pending charges encountered during that time period should no longer show on your account as you were not able to complete the purchase during that time period.
