Doesn’t work
I can get the Bluetooth indicator on the hood to blink but it won’t pair. My iPhone is accepting other Bluetooth devices, but not the Zephyr hood.Hood user 2023
Cannot connect to hood
I can scan the QR code and get the bluetooth pairing to flash on the hood, but it will not connect to the app. Tried dozens of times.SkepZin
Zephyr Venezia
The Zephyr Connect App is a huge disappointment! Has not been updated in 2 years. After researching online the proper way to connect my IPhone 14 to our recently installed 30 inch Zephyr Venezia, we have not been able to connect (with the bluetooth symbol flashing on the hood’s display) the app to the hood. Additionally, cannot select settings on the Zephyr connect app. will report back after I troubleshoot further with Zephyr tech support during normal weekday call in hours.Show lessJEric4
Bluetooth Pairing Fails

UPDATED- The wifi now connects and the App works
Be warned- spend $1500 on a vent hood and the app is garbage and doesn’t connect.
UPDATE: They are sending me a peripheral to enable the proper connection. I am going to come back and update this review if indeed the bluetooth pair functionality works
UPDATE 5/10/23: The new peripheral arrived and the device now connects and I am able to control it wirelessly with Alexa as advertised. I believe the wifi adapter was originally not shipped due to the global chips shortage as a result of supply chain COVID interruptions affecting nearly all businesses. I am leaving 4 stars as the app could use some improvements and still crashes from time to time but the Alexa functionality is working which was my main concern. App just crashes trying to complete setup, I have an Android device too and the android version of the app crashes the same way.HappyDudeAZ
Terrible app
I can’t believe that such an expensive unit would have a remote app that is absolutely worthless. This app will not control a zephyr. It is only intended for in those hours of frustration. Do not download.Durkee123456
Just horribly frustrating!
I paid lot for Zephyr Lux 43” Island Range hood. Works great and is beautiful.
And it comes with a 10 cent app. Spent way too much time re-entering codes.

Still Does Not Work in 2023
As of March 2023 it doesn’t work on our android/iOS phones…Brownie&Troyie

The app simply will not connect on either my iOS or Android device.
