App doesn’t work
Finally got the app to pair with my hood, or so I thought. Controls do absolutely nothing, and app is worthless. Have tried all normal trouble shooting solutions (deleting and re-downloading, unpairing and repairing, etc) with no success. Bummer.
Terrible, frustrating, ridiculous app
After spending money on myself for hood, I could not believe that a product this beautiful and functional would need to be paired with an app that barely works. I have flashing lights on my hood that I can’t turn off because there’s no way to set up the app, hence, no way to pair it with the hood. This app is horrible. It really needs to be fixed or just trashed and start over because I do not recommend bothering to download it. It’s a waste of time.

Currently useless
I had high hopes for this app, with our new Zephyr range installed and the hood in pairing mode (Bluetooth signal flashing) the app AGAIN AND AGAIN will not pair with the hood. I’ve reinstalled the app, Bluetooth is on and the phone is close and nothing works. Seems like the issue is software, please fix, thx!

Scan the QR code right, entered installed date/purchase date but does not connect after pressing the “fan” &”light” button at the same time. Garbage app!!!!! Extremely disappointing for this expensive ceiling flushed installed fan.
Absolute junk
Even switching my mesh network to 2.4 was not able to connect new tidal 1 hood. Garbage
Terrible App
Zephyr makes a great hood and a terrible frustrating connection app that will not work. Not worth the trouble. It will just make you mad guaranteed.

The Bluetooth connection is awful! I went through all the stages; 1- trying to get it to connect to the Bluetooth while up on a stool and after dozens of tries I finally got it to go to pairing. 2- the instructions don’t tell you this but when you pair it you have to scan the QR code again. Did that about a dozen times once I finally got the device to start to connect to my phone! NOPE it does not go through even though I scanned QR code, got it to INSERT and asked it to PAIR. App says don’t do anything with your Zephyr while it is trying to pair and I did not but it NEVER registered.
Wish I could have gotten it to work because my remote is not working well so I am requesting a new one. The vent is super cool and very flush but the initial operation is not making me very happy right now.

After spending so much money on such a wonderful product, I am insulted by the setup of the mobile app. Seriously, who is responsible for this. Did you perform any user testing? You need to address this and now. Or update your marketing with claims of “should you be able to pair this device” or if you get it to work….
