Doesn’t work. Hood was connected then went away. When trying to reinstall hood after scanning QR code app just locks up and says “loading” and never mover on
It’s so convenient!
I’ve loved having the ability to remotely control my range good from my phone. It’s been great for turning off the fan remotely after I’ve already left the kitchen or even getting alerts for when it’s time to clean the filters!
Set-up does not work
Downloaded this to control my AK8300ASX. No go. The app asks for a QR code. There was no QR code on my manual and no QR code inside my hood. Only a barcode, which did not work. When I switched to manual set up, I put in the model number and the serial number. No go. Error message kept on saying that the model number was incorrect. However, the app does not offer model number look up, so who knows. I tried the model number with spaces between letters and numbers, with no spaces, lowercase, with all uppercase. Same error message. Zephr does not offer Lutron support as far as I can tell. It’s a B product in the age of connected homes. I wouldn’t bother.

Hello, the new Zephyr Connect app is only compatible with select Zephyr range hoods. Please check the Zephyr website for a list of compatible products. Thanks
