Great App

I am a small business owner and I have used this app now for a few months after porting my number to the app, and am very happy with itโ€ฆI have also read other reviews and have not had any negative experienceโ€ฆ Love it, fingers crossed!

Does what itโ€™s supposed to

My siblings & I are trying to sell our house so I download SwitchUp so I didnโ€™t have people calling while Iโ€™m trying to sleep. The only feature Iโ€™d like to see added is the ability to set a different ringtone in the app. That way you could differentiate which line theyโ€™re calling on without having to look.

Disapointed

I recieved a text them it just stopped working after that and locked me out of my account. I had to cancel my subscription with it due to this reason. I only got this as a second business line but it was unable to do what I was looking for.

Average so far

I like the ease of use and navigation but when a call is made to my number, it takes four rings on the caller side for my line to ring for the first time.

Better not mess up

If you click the wrong option when setting it up and try to go back and change it in the following screen, it wonโ€™t allow you to. Even deleting the app and starting over wonโ€™t clear it, you are stuck. Had to delete it for good. Oh well.

Great For Small Businesses

So I tried Google Voice but that wasnโ€™t that great since you technically canโ€™t use the Google number for business without paying. I opted for Grasshopper for an 800 number, but found it to be too expensive considering the size of my business. I came across this service and it just fit. Itโ€™s perfect for what I need and Iโ€™m very happy with it.

Error after Error

Disappointed is an understatement. Been trying to use it all morning. Downloaded the app, paid the $7.99 for the month, when I went further into the app it froze. Restarted the app a couple of times, every time I tried to use it Errors would pop up, closed it, restarted and the same issue all around their features, from setting the office time, automatic replies, and even calls. Havenโ€™t been able to make not even 1 call. Iโ€™ve submitted (2) reports already so lets see if they fix whatever it is before the day is done. Otherwise, Iโ€™ll have to cancel and find another option.

Error ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I paid for subscription coz i really need it for work. I tried it after subscribing and it keeps giving me an error i cant make any calls or texts. Im just a bit frustrated. I sent a service email but just waiting for a response from them. Hopefully it gets resolved

My old account

Hi there I had shut off my account but it said I could come back and see what people called and to reactivate my account but now it wonโ€™t let me is there away to use the same account and phone number or is it to late?
