Great except texting issues.
I have had no issues with the service out side of not receiving some text messages. Iโm not sure how many this potential customer happened to get reach out to me via social media when she didnโt get a response. I Waiting to see what SwitchUp has a say to fix it.
Does not live up to the hype.
The subscription plan I have is supposed to allow me to audio record phone conversations. No such button is in the app. Neither is there an option to get voice support, a human on the other side of the phone to try and diagnose the problem. I wonโt be staying with this so called service very long. They have a Lotta bugs to work out.

I love this app, it works perfectly, the only thing I wish it had was an Apple Watch app, if you would develop an app for the watch this would be perfect.
Confuse about what happen if the app down?
Everything good so far, but what if the app down? Will I lost the number also, I gonna running a business with it, so i just want to know how can you guys keep the number if app down or disappear one day?

Iโve dealt with many text me companiesโ and by far very farโ Switch Up tops them all with discretionary connectionsโ and privacy. I love it, especially the low monthly and yearly rates. Thank you Switch Up.
Great idea and app
A few glitches here and there, and limited functionality, compared to standard iPhone keyboard (emojis, gifโs, etc.) Plus, I canโt voice text from it. Hopefully those things will develop in the future.

So far so good, i just downloaded so i will let you know how it really is once i start using it. It was very easy to download and it doesnt cost that much so far its affordable and very convient way to have a 2nd phone number.
I made a accident
I was creating a account for texting people while getting to know them during dating online. I had a few drinks because I am off and up. And while I was rushing to create account so that I can text. I accidentally pressed business and now Iโm reluctant to text at all invade Iโm being cat fished.

I was able to fix a miss understanding with the person i was seeing at the time, i used this app after getting blocked and it lets u switch #for a additional $5 if u get blocked again๐i do recommend it
