HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Watch out I just started getting repeat request to start subscription services for features in the app. Nothing on the seller page shows there is in app purchases. I'm just operating a deadbolt why do I need to subscribe to services to use it as well. Returning the lock as well.
Works great. Improvements would make it better
Installed for kids to open door without having to use a key. The fingerprint scanner does not work for the kids fingers, but it works for me. The kids are able to unlock by entering the passcode.
I also do not get notifications on my phone when the door is locked and unlocked. That would be helpful to get alerted when they come home when I am away. I’ve turned on the notification settings.
Overall happy with purchase. It is easy to install and have been using it for two months.

Can’t share app with my wife
We just got this lock and we both can’t share the app. Please fix it! I want it on my phone as well so I can have access.

This smart lock, doesn’t work if you’re more than 2meters away.
Great lock with easy access
This app is easy to set up with your Smonet lock. If you're having trouble using it with multiple devices, just create an admin account with the email of the person needing access. It's straightforward when you use the authorized admin section in the app.

The only real issue I have with this lock is being able to unlock it wherever I am for someone I specifically know or send them a key that actually works as it’s created somewhere else other than on the Wi-Fi wish that you could fix that so we can either create a key or unlock it from anywhere without being connected to Wi-Fi I do have a gateway connected to it and still should be able to unlock it no matter where I’m at. Please fix that. also, really wish that you would have a connecting app on the Apple Iwatch. would really help at times when you don’t happen to have your phone with you.

I’ve downloaded both the TTlock apps and Next Lock apps. Both will not sent me a authentication code to allow me to register an account.
Customer service number goes straight to voicemail. No reply from email to service desk.

Works pretty good BUT…
Whoever designed this app could have put just a bit more time into making a STATUS button that shows RED for locked and GREEN for unlocked.
