Good app
Easy to set up, as long as you follow the instructions. It would be nice if it could be a locked app with face recognition.
Can’t have more than 1 login in user
My husband and I got the locks for ease of use with the kids. We’ve come to realize we can’t both be logged in as it logs the other person out and we have to resign into the app. This is quite a pain as it doesn’t save the password either or use Face ID. Other than that they seem to work okay. We got the gateway so we can lock and unlock the doors if the kids forget. Please fix this so we can both be logged in!

Wish it gave lock status
App doesn’t tell you if door is locked or unlocked….
Great lock but could be a bit better
I don’t have the option to add my fingerprints on my lock. And I wish it had the option of no noise after the lock locks, other than that it’s a great lock easy to install & nice touch to the front door!

Crap app
No app support. When you copy and paste the code to share it changes the time forward one hour on each end. So confusing for the person receiving the code. Update the app so it works properly. Now I’m stuck with this stupid lock.
Automatic lock schedule
Good app! The only thing missing is to be able to program a schedule with an automatic lock’s hour. For example, the lock « lock » itself everyday at 22:00. It’ll be so appreciate if you offer that possibility!!👍🏻👍🏻

Lock app abruptly stopped working and app support link goes to a dead web link. Mt guess is this company is out of business. BTW reinstalling app didn’t help.
Think twice before getting this lock.
This app doesn’t work. When you try to vomit to the lock you will get an error, can’t got it to work. No support, no customer service.
