Fun but REALLY BUGGY
This game is the one I play most consistently. Its really fun. BUT the amount of commercials you have to watch in order to play it well, can be fun prohibitive. Also it’s really buggy. 70% of the time there is some sort of bug issue. They tend to fix them within 24hrs but it’s specifically this problem that stops me from investing money in this game. Also, their offers are terrible. And, even if I spend 10 bucks on a pittance of beneficial game assets, I’m still gonna have to watch their incessant commercials in order to complete my game levels so what’s the point?! Bottom line, if you have the time, the game can be fun. If you don’t, do not bother, it will annoy the crap out of you.Show lessD@niM!ller

Game developer responded. l have sent numerous messages to Customer Support on game & Not had any Response from them other than a Smiley Face :). Sent Screenshots direct with issues shown. Lost 780 Diamonds & bonuses X 6 . It costs 34 Diamonds to Upgrade both games which is Impossible when only 18 diamonds per day can be earned. Very disappointed with developer and CS on game. Why advise to send messages direct to have no update or items added to game. Total waste of time as other players had same problem . Totally Unprofessional ….Show lessBfg games

Enjoy playing the game but the add’s have become ridiculous- finish a level a add pops up, change to a different screen and a add pops up, to do anything you have to watch the same repetitive add over and over again. Just about to delete game because of this6354735490

I love playing this game and actually pay for diamonds to play a level faster. Now I’m really frustrated because I paid for the 1100 diamonds pack 2 times to get the 2 for 1 deal on 11/6 which should give me 3300 diamonds but the first purchase credited me nothing and the second purchase credited me 1100. I’m using the Contact Us in-game to explain the issue and it’s been a week and I still don’t have my missing 2200 diamonds. You told me to send proof of purchase via email so I did but still nothing. If I spent all my diamonds I bought I might make purchases again but until I get what I already paid for, I’m waiting. I’m a paying player that you’re about to lose if you don’t address this issue soon!!
Update: by writing this review, I finally got the credit for the missing diamonds I was looking for in-game so I’m happy again. I updated my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars as a result. If they would just respond more quickly to payment and credit of purchases issues in the future, they would deserve 5 stars.Show lessreddragonorion

This game is the most expensive game I have come across. Irregardless of purchasing the exceptionally high costs of -gems, pet food, décoré upgrades, packages and help tokens, let alone the bombardment of ads that are time wasters, does not mean you will pass a level. Winning a level is predetermined by the game rather than skill and once you have reached The Crystal Hotel onwards, prepare for the extreme need to purchase the high costing gems and help tokens to even last through one level/game let alone pass it.

I love this game. It’s very addicting. The game is challenging but their upgrades have made it so difficult to pass levels, most of the time you can not pass a level as you must upgrade in the shop to pass a level, but can’t do that without the diamonds and you can’t get the diamonds without passing a level, so there are times that that you sit in limbo for days, that can be extremely frustrating because I don’t want to pay money for the diamonds.
So if you find yourself in that scenario which I do all the time, I just don’t play the game for a couple of days and then for some reason it then allows you to pass a level, you do the upgrade then again will have to wait anywhere from 1-12 hours for the upgrade to take place.
Still fun, just don’t like the waiting for hours or days sometimes.Show lessDangrusOne

In general this is a good and addictive game but there’s an issue about the watch ad- reward system. You are supposed to gain some small rewards ie 3/10 progress to gain a magic wand. It’s frustrating to see you gain actually nothing after you watch several long ads! Even when you finish 10/10 of the progress and see the cartoon showing the reward flied into your collection. Please fix this bug. I’ve updated a few times since I found this bug but it is still not fixed. Now I just ignore the watch ad- gain reward opportunities.Show lessFrustrated player 111

Daily Limited Pack $9.99
This purchase in the “bank area” gives you a 10 minute bonus once. In other words $1 a minute. You do not even get the bonus a full 10 minutes because of all the pop ups you need to exit between levels.
The way this item is called “daily” I believe is intentionally misleading. It causes players to think they will receive the 10 minute bonus “daily” for some period of time, but no.
The apple store should force greedy developers to be more clear with what this purchase offers. I requested refund from apple and received it.
I spend money on this game from time to time. I am not against developers making a living…I am against this form of greed and deception.
When I asked, developer said “daily” means you can only buy it once per day. Is that even necessary? Who of us is anxious to spend $1 a minute once much less more than once a day…as if it is some deal.
Developers treating their loyal players as if they are brain dead people whose wallets simply need to be extracted irritates me greatly.Show lessPasharain
Too many Glitches!
This game could be awesome… it’s a fun concept, great graphics and plenty of variation in the different hotels. BUT! quite a lot of the levels are super hard and you simply HAVE to have gems to upgrade and energy drinks to give you the speed you need to complete. I have had sooo many problems with earning rewards (through watching videos and or gifts from developers when they complete an upgrade) I am told I’ll be receiving gifts, but they don’t credit my account. There slo seems to be huge discrepancies in the daily video packages… I get to watch a total of 10 videos a day - split into 2 halves, earning a few gems and coins. My husband gets to watch a total of 20 videos, and his rewards include boosters such as the energy drinks! How and why does this even happen?
When I report the problems, I’m asked for screen shots. How can you send a screen shot of something you didn’t receive?
Developers… your game has many many glitches and you need to sort them out! I have spent money on this game… now I’m about to delete it for good. You can’t expect a player to enjoy being let down and disappointed when the game is unfair.Show lessGelli2403zzz
