App won’t load page to pay bill
Hello, I would rather pay my bill through the app, then go in in person and pay it there. It worked the first time, but ever since I cannot get the page to make a payment to load. Please fix per customer convenience. Thank you.

I had the most wonderful undergarment shopping experience at the Dillard’s at North Point. I was not expecting to receive the most warming greeting from this wonderful sales representative. Erin was also knowledgeable about your products and I feel comfortable and confident in making my purchases.

Lacks basic features
I don’t care for this app. It lacks basic features like is an item available at a store near you. Maybe if you want to try it on or do store pick up , you cannot see what your local store has in stock. JcPenny and Walmart have this feature, as most retail apps do.
The “wishlist” feature is awful. If you want to mark some favorites to come back to while shopping you must creat a wishlist but it takes you to another site and even tho you are logged into the app you must log in again to make, view or add something to a wishlist.
I haven’t bought anything from this app mainly due to the lack of features I described above.

Website or app?
Why have filters? I sort to the size I need and see the dress I love. I go to order, and there is not a dress in my size. Either fix the website or the app?

What kind of app is that you can’t find how to return your purchases online ? Not friendly at all . The Home page is useless
Designed made for a desktop
You try to shop from your phone and tablet and it is a cluster mess! Where else would you use your app????! And this is why I don’t get to Dillard’s that often

Can’t get it to work
I had the app on my phone some time ago and it worked sporadically. I got fed up and deleted it. I downloaded and tried to get it set up again. Half the time it says currently not working. Deleted it again. It’s not worth the trouble. Macy’s app runs circles around Dillard’s.
App Needs Improvement
Please Dillard’s pay your developers to make this app smooth as Macys app. I like shopping Dillard’s but at times I get frustrated with the app I just close it and go to the macys apps. Please improve the shopping cart part. No need for me to open the browser to start shopping items .. smh
Love my Lake Jackson Dillard’s
Unfortunately all of our information has been digitally hacked and we had a phone intrusion! We have always lived in Sweeny Texas! My husband and my teenage son apps have been digitally hacked too! But I shop here in Lake Jackson Texas!!
