  • Great app!

    Workouts are so fun, lots of challenges and variety depending on your fitness level, phase of life, time constraints. Real time workouts keep you focused and the coaching keeps you engaged. Would highly recommend!
  • Love it

    I love the workouts and plans. The full body split makes it easy to hit everything and I love the real time coaching. The variety in the workouts, both moves and formats, also keeps things really interesting.

    I love that there are daily workouts automatically scheduled. It takes away any decision making that needs to happen. I also love the format of the videos and always feel like the workouts go by so fast. Following this workout app I have gotten into the best shape of my life (and I have tried lots of workout apps at this point)

  • Great science based instruction

    I’ve followed Abby for a long time on social/YouTube. I love that she incorporates science into her training and dieting. As her plans progressed I admittedly was put off by the transition she made to including Pilates and challenging our bodies through multiple planes. I seriously thought that I wouldn’t receive any benefit from this new style of training. Injuries, stiff body, unsustainable diet plans, all led me back to giving her plans a shot. Her plans are very well thought out. My body and joints feel better, I am getting stronger and seeing results, and I am able to do more with my toddler (the biggest win of all). Training for maintaining mobility, independence, and functional strength is the way to go. Especially as an RN who had seen the spectrum of what 80+ years could look like. I know I want to continue using her app for years to come.

  • Good dumbbell only workouts

    So many at home workout apps are body weight only and not very challenging. With this app I get challenging workouts that help me make progress using limited equipment. I love that every workout is follow along as I do much better with that than written workouts.

    Abby is an amazing creator and I’m so happy I can follow along with more workouts from her on the app. It’s easy to use, helpful, and most of all I can sustain my healthy lifestyle while pregnant with the prenatal program! 10/10 recommend!
  • In LOVE!!!!!!

    Followed Abby for years but Initially I had a hard time creating my own workout plans based off her YouTube video workout ideas, but The Team Plans changed that. The app is so organized and easy to use, and the workouts themselves include warmups and really innovative moves so I’m never bored and the time just flies by! Really appreciate the Pilates hybrid mixed with weight training workouts as someone with hormonal issues needing low impact but still wanting a challenge. Favourite new way to workout!

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE!

    I’m a new mom and didn’t know how to start working out again. Following along with the weekly schedule took the stress of the planning out. The beginner friendly options for moves helped when a move was too advance for my recovery. Abby is amazing at what she does and I don’t feel bad if I slack or miss a day when I’m too busy running around the baby. That’s a workout in itself! I’ve tried other programs and apps but I had guilt when I missed a day because I became burnt out easily. The 3 day workout plan with active recovery in between is amazing for both my body and mind. It keeps me from feeling guilty from missing a day (or 2) and becoming burnt out or stopping completely. Thank you Abby for giving me my confidence back!

  • Game changer

    I have trained regularly for two decades. This app and Abby -they are amazing. Changed the whole way I train. I love the way Abby explains things. How she walks you through everything. How I feel challenged by each training but not avoidant because I know I will enjoy it. I appreciate how smart the programming is. I appreciate the mobility and recovery workouts for days I don't lift. I lifted for 17 years in a gym-never thought I'd be a home trainer-here I am though!

    I enjoy Abby's leadership and how she can lead without making one feel less than. I also love that she says 'heckin' lol.

  • Fantastic app

    Love the app. Abby has been the best fitness trainer I’ve followed. I’m a woman in my thirties and these workouts give me the best results. Her app is fantastic. It’s broken into easy to understand sections with difficulty levels. She updates new workout every week so you’re never bored, and warm ups are included in each video which is fantastic. She’s all about form and preventing injury. Overall consistency with her plan has given me the best results and the app is the best thing she could have done. Highly recommend.
