  • She does it all and I love it!

Abby is amazing and courses on well-rounded training that fits each level. I have a lot of fitness apps and I am more and more impressed with this one as I use it. Only suggestion is maybe a calendar you could add workouts to to make a workout list for yourself each week, but no other comments. Great app!

  • Highly Recommend!!!

I absolutely love Abby and all of the work that she does. I’ve been following her since 2020 when she first released her Made to Move It challenges. It totally changed my life. I was so bummed when those were no longer available - so I LOVE this app!!! You get access to allllll of her content. It’s amazing to have it in one place so I can keep coming back to it!

  • Great workouts,Mom and postpartum friendly

Mom of 2; 8 year old and 2 month old. My worries was that I would not have enough time to workout. This plan is great, quick workouts that do not get boring and you definitely will feel the burn and muscle fatigue. Great postpartum workouts as well. I was active throughout my pregnancy, but coming back I needed light, PP friendly workouts and this was great.

  • Great workouts worth the price!

Tons of follow-along videos for every kind of dumbbell, bodyweight, or mobility workout you could want. Perfect if you have minimal equipment. Abby explains every movement effectively and coaches you throughout. New videos being added all the time, and there are even multi-week series if you’re looking for a complete guided workout program all in one place. Minimal bugs, I never have trouble getting videos to play on my iPhone. It may seem expensive up front, but it is well worth the value for an entire year of high-quality functional fitness content. Highly recommend to anyone looking to build strength, develop athleticism, and/or increase their general fitness.

  • Trainig style I can stick to

I really enjoy the format! I love that there are plans that progress for at least 4 weeks split into days. There is new content and workouts so ir doesn’t get boring and repetitive. It really helps that it’s though follow-along video format where Abby is doing the excercises in real time - makes me feel not alone and also she keeps pointing out things to keep in mind while doing the excercises - form, breathing, what and where you should be feeling excercises. These have been the only workout’s I’ve been able to stick to and also the only workouts where I have actually seen gains. The app is simple and easy to use, the desktop version has some bugs sometimes where a day duplicates and doesn’t show the correct video, but then I do the workout from the phone because it shows correctly there. I’ve been consistently using Teh Team Plans for a year now and don’t see any reason to stop. Thank you, Abby!

  • Love it!

Abby has been a huge part of me getting stronger. Her workouts are efficient. Her focus is on training as an athlete, which I love. She offers modifications, breaks down movements so that you understand what you are learning, and never shames you for doing the exercise at your level. I purchased the year long subscription during her Black Friday sale. At that price, this is great value for money. I’d recommend looking up her YouTube to see if you’d enjoy this style of workout and her personality.

  • Needs more streamlining

Just downloaded the app and it’s beautiful and I Love the full workout videos and the breakdown of the workout plans/types- so much so that I’m seriously considering purchasing the year subscription.

Things that could use some work:
-I would like if there was a way to keep track of/mark off what workouts in a plan have already been completed and have the next workout ready upon next login- Instead of clicking on the video, and scrolling through the “up next” videos to find where I left off. And from what I recall, the workouts aren’t numbered either so it’s hard to remember when I left off.
-I would like if a calendar was built in to the app (instead of printing one) that we could add in and track our workouts to.
-I’m not the biggest fan of the pdf information links. I think it would more streamlined if the information was integrated in the app instead of clicking open the links and having to zoom in on the information.
-And this is a big thing that might not be possible in the near future, but as someone who doesn’t like or use Facebook/social media much, I can’t join in on the Team Plans community and feel like I could be missing out on tips or competitions or- the community! I think adding in the community INTO the app would be great because it’s all together in one place.
-A place for progress pics would be fantastic too.

Overall, I am very excited to take full advantage of the app and can’t wait to see new updates in the future.

  • Enjoyable and Affordable

Everything is very easy to follow, very nicely organized, and fits perfectly with an at-home gym! Abby is a very competent leader in all of this despite being recorded workouts—she always reminds you to be mindful right as concentration might be slipping. Updated: I do enjoy the Canadian slang thrown in every so often. “Heckin’” always makes me chuckle.

3 full months in and I still love it!

  • I love those work outs !

    It’s great !
  • Best science based workouts!

Really love the technical instruction And care Abby provides in all of her workouts. She makes me feel like I’m growing and challenging myself with every video. Not to mention she has such a relatable low key way of communicating the instructions. I feel like I’m working out with a close friend everyday! Thanks Abby!❤️🙌🏻👯‍♀️
