I have to constantly delete and re download the app because it disconnects from my AlexaKelsey A H
It works for some time then all of a sudden without notice isn’t

App needs reset
The app provides no value. There is no easy way to change networks , reset, or problem solve for the crappy fans this company makes. Pages have tons of typo’s and useless info. I’ve been messing with my fan for 4 weeks and it still doesn’t work.Scarey1
Fan is great, app is not
My fan works great with the Alexa Amazon app! But this app itself, the interface is really limited, even the help section to troubleshoot the fan not working wasn’t helpful. I’m keeping the manual my fan came with since the troubleshooting in it is more detailed and useful!Wisiishe

Tried to work with support
Support is horrible. Sent them screenshots and they know they app doesn’t work and didn’t address the issue or give timeline of fix, just said use alexa to create group. Developer just needs to be replaced.Cashks
Garbage Device
