  • App crashes

iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 15.4 app crashes
  • Garbage device

This fan had many features that worked for a few months. Now it is saying that it is not registered. Can’t wait to rip it out and install a real smart fan.
  • Better than expected

Great smarts implementation to. Bath fan, thought it would be a fun thing, but now I listen to it all the time in the shower.
It is very stable in general, and there has been no drop in connection.
just that sometimes when I wake up n the morning the phone audio gets connected to the fan by itself.
Another small annoyance is sometimes Alexa doesn’t want to listen but that’s a Amazon problem as it happens with their devices sometimes.
    Very satisfied.

  • Disconnects

Everyday I have to reconnect it to the Wi-Fi I’ve tried to factory reset it and still have to reconnect it the Wi-Fi everyday
  • Poor set up

We excited to get the fan …. Installed and no connect just like the other coment.
  • Needs a better interface

This is a great idea but I feel this app is very limited on what I want to do, needs more options on the app
  • Love it!

Bathroom got redone with this fan....I connected with Bluetooth. It was super easy! This is fantastic! Now I can listen to my favorite music! And the lights are fantastic too! Thank you homewerks for making such a fascinating product! I hardly ever do reviews but I love the fan with Bluetooth built it!

  • Poor setup

Tried setting up via Bluetooth. Phone finds the fan. The fan says it’s connected to Wi-Fi. The fan has an IP. I can see the MAC address on the host table. Fan tells me it isn’t registered. Manual tells me to make an account but the app never gives me an option to make an account. Tried the setup with Wi-Fi network the fan generates. Fan tells me it’s connected to Wi-Fi. Get an error that says my phone and fan are connect to Wi-Fi. Make sure my phone is connected to Wi-Fi. My router is Plume so it may be blocking adds. I disabled that. Rebooted my Router, modem. Force closes the app. No change. *update* do not think the device links when your phone is connected to 5Ghz when the fan only connects to 2.4. If your SSID is the same or you have band steering enabled. You may have to turn it off. Also tried to connect this device to the network that only has internet access. Would not work. Even if I connected my phone to the network that only has internet access. The fan had to be on the side of the network with internal access. So far I’m not sure how I feel about this IoT device having internal access but be sure I’m watching it’s ip traffic.
