  • Technical issues

    This app has a lot of technical issues. It’s buggy, has poor performance, and the UI isn’t very good either.

    The biggest annoyance is connecting to the car via blue tooth taking forever.

    The next most annoying thing being that ending a ride sometimes just doesn’t work.

    Also the chargers at my complex are getting fried by the sun since they have no shade. Which doesn’t bode well long term….

    Lastly you get charged for all the hours you reserved even if you return the car early. Which is off putting.

    However, the customer service has been excellent and fast whenever I have had a problem.

    Also being able to rent a car is delightful when it works. Since it’s very convenient and much less expensive than an uber.

    Great concept but the execution is lacking.

  • How is it possible to make a bad UI worse?

    There’s no visibility into what times are available. You just have to select times, submit and hope the vehicle is available at that time?!? If it’s not, start over… sometimes you just need a car sometime on Thursday. Why can’t we see what times are free? Have the people designing this app never used the service?

  • this new update does not work

    went into the app to try to rent the car in my apartment building but instead of the usual screen showing when the car is available i’m having to go through every single hour to see if the car is available at all today. if the car is fully booked for the day there should be a message saying that, and otherwise, times where it is available should show up first. i haven’t really had any problems in the past but this has been a pain today.

  • Horrible App

    I’m a property manager and I’m constantly getting complaints from residents about this app. Well, I downloaded it myself and come to find one of the major glitches is you can’t even enter your verification number when trying to register. Everything disappears and it doesn’t give you the option to enter anything. So as an employee of the company who pays for Envoys services, I can’t use the app, and now as a resident, I still can’t use it. Please fix your glitches. I tried to express this issue to your customer service and I’m not getting any help as well.

  • Agree with others - great concept, awful app

    The app really needs some development. I’ll be at the car to start a reservation and app won’t let me login. Also doesn’t update when trying to book a new reservation whereby takes many efforts of refreshing the page in different ways to figure out availability. Haven’t yet had Bluetooth issues like many others mention but based on experience with app imagine those are around the corner.

    Otherwise, cheers to the envoy team as the concept is great and a very helpful services when able to connect and get on the road.

  • Can’t even signup

    My building has an Envoy car but I can’t even get the app to go past step 1 of the signup process to create an account. Combined with the other reviews, it seems like this is not out of the prototype phase.

    Very reliable and always accessible at my property complex. The staff is very knowledgeable and very quick at responding. Would definitely recommend to other users!
  • Connectivity issues

    I constantly have to restart the app to connect to the car. Also, when I forget an item in the car, I have to call which is annoying. This app needs a lot of quality of life fixes. It’s usable, but it needs more love.
  • My new favorite thing

    My complex has Envoy and it’s my favorite thing about living here so far. We moved from the East Coast without a car so being able to use this as needed without having to pay for gas, insurance, maintenance, etc. on top of a car payment is amazing. I love the service and haven’t had any technical issues!
