App just doesn’t work
I want to like Envoy but the app just never works…?
Currently, I’m unable to login because of a “network” error. Last time, I couldn’t make a reservation because the search function didn’t work. And based on the other reviews, I guess it would be more of the same if I ever managed to book one.nw281
Great Idea; Poor Execution
The service idea is fantastic. Prices are a little high but there’s a market for convenience. All-EV, reduce individual car ownership through shared vehicles. Love it.
The app’s execution is terrible. The UI is inefficient and bucks standard design trends to the extent that it’s really inefficient to use. Designers: stick to a basic calendar to select date(s) and let users specify start and end times.
I just had to delete and re-download the app to make reservations in the future; otherwise, it kept defaulting to January 6, 3 months ago.
The tech team here, front end and back end, seems very under-resourced.Show lessw2a3t4

You’d think, as a Clear plus member, all of my information would sync with this service. It doesn’t. Not only that but it won’t verify anything. It’s just stuck on verifying drivers license and the button to verify is disabled.

Have to give tons of info just to see rates
Wanted to understand what the rental rate is for a hotel property Im staying at. Had to give my drivers license, address, and set up payment information, plus wait 24 hours to verification.

Horrible product
Connectivity is simply horrific. Need to reboot the app many times, sometimes it still doesn’t work at all and you have to call customer service for them to open or close the car remotely. Customer service is nice thoughGreat for words
