  • Completely Useless

    This is the worst app ever created, clearly outsourced and lazy. Completely useless, if you’re a property manager considering a car share, don’t let these people anywhere near your building.
  • App is busted, fire the developers

    I can’t even log into the app. I logged out because the ui wasn’t updating when I changed the date to book the car. Now when I try to log in I don’t get a sms sent to my phone.
  • Waste of money

    App didn’t connect to the car which took me around 1 hour to contact them through phone and they started the car manually. After all this waiting they charged me for extra 1 hour. It just doesn’t make any sense.
  • Never works. Terrible

    It is not user-friendly, it never works and even though customer support is somewhat responsive and quick they never seem to find the solution for you. Honestly, the time you spend trying to figure it out is not worth it at all. Terrible
  • Lying, cheating, scamming company

    They took out the inexpensive vehicle for the tenants in my building and replaced them with double-the-price Teslas that nobody rents and many of my renters are now complaining. This company is the worst capitalism horror story you can think of and a horrible lying business partner. If you’re a landlord, don’t do business with this company at all — you’re just giving away free advertising for Envoy instead of giving residents a fun and joyful amenity — the app doesn’t reliably control my resident’s cars to unlock, the service is extremely unreliable — they just remove vehicles from the property that residents need. When they first sold this to us they made so many promises — and failed on every single one of them. The Envoy leadership is only interested in $$$$ and profits.

  • Not working

    Been waiting on approval for 3 weeks now. Not sure how you can rent a car if you can’t get into the app.
  • App Bluetooth car keys are broken...

    When I arrived at the car for my booking, the app couldn't connect to unlock or start the car via Bluetooth. I called customer support and they said it's a known issue that the developers are working to fix, and they started the car remotely for me instead. But it's still pretty inconvenient to have to call in and wait for someone to pick up any time I wanted to start or stop or lock or unlock the car. Had to wait 5 extra minutes when I returned the car before I could walk away too. Would like to get a notification when this is fixed or else I just don't think it's worth it to use the service.

  • It’s not working

    It’s taking more than a week still not verified . I have Provided my driver license and credit card and headshot
  • Extremely buggy

    App is buggy beyond usability - do not recommend trusting it with your travel
  • App closes when selecting reserve date

    First we had the issue of the spinning circle, waiting over a week to be verified. Now when trying to reserve “on date” the app closes, meaning we can’t select any date other than the current day.

    Our vehicle is a Tesla, but it says there is an update on screen while driving, and when I informed Envoy they said I could do the update myself. I’m not spending my own money updating the vehicle. I will gladly go update it for them if they don’t charge me for it.
