This app became quickly my favorite one. I love how I’m a click away from my orthodontist. I’m addicted to the progress video, keeps me excited to change my tray every week, I watch my progress video more times than I would like to admit, it’s so rewarding. The messages that I receive from my orthodontist office always cheer me up and keeps me focused on my end goal. It’s 100% user friendly, when you are done scanning you can review your scans and rescan if you need to, along with videos that explain step by step.

First impression no! But love it now!!
First scan and figuring everything out was awful! But following ones improved each time!! Love the app and seeing the changes and progress!! Now it takes two minutes! First time 3 tries, 30 minutes and not all scans sent!! Be patient and it gets better!!goodno69
Trash app
This app is trash. Pretty much you pay about $6,000 for Invisalign and then use this trash app to scan your teeth. Loved from the northeast to the south. Since I payed cash for my teeth to look nice I thank my new orthodontist for just recognizing this and have everything transfer to the new office. Thought I was going to be done sooner but seems like another year almost. Now again I’m having to use this trash app to scan my teeth. Tried 4 times today and no pictures were in focus. Can’t turn off my auto focus on this trash app. So all my scans are blurry. Fix this trash to give people the option on your settings to turn auto focus on or off. Trash trashShow lessDJGroove
Quick, simple, effective
I have to say, at first, I thought the scans would be a hassle but once you have the routine down it’s just a regular part of you day like brushing your teeth. I love to be able to see the before,after and continuous progress through out the teeth straightening journey and at times I can’t even remember having had a gap. Smile Doctor App
Very easy to do & even better cause you get to keep track of your progress. They also make sure everything’s good so that you don’t have to waste time coming in all the time for such small things such as bracket doors being slightly opened due to eating etc.

Good but not great
The app is easy to use and very simple. From messaging your doctor for questions,recommendations, or for advice to making sure each scan is done right.
The biggest issue I see with this app is how you scan. To me the simplest solution is to scan with your trays in first then to scan without them after.
It makes no since to take them out when you already have them in the first time that way they have set in already and not having to completely put them back in and chew repeatedly to make sure their set back into place. I have had to scans come back thinking the trays weren’t fitting properly, But in person and at my appointment they are.
To me with the easy fix it would make it soooo much better.Show lessKC.adam
Can’t get help with bad scan quality
I had an iPhone XR when I started using the app - scan quality was great. About 7 weeks in I upgraded to an iPhone 13 and now my scan quality is awful. I am disappointed that my progress video starts with a sharp photo and deteriorates into a blurry mess. I deleted and reinstalled the app, it made no difference. I mounted my scan box off center so that both camera lenses were unobstructed, no difference. Fortunately my scans are still being accepted, but I’m sure the doctor would be better able to monitor my progress with sharp photos. I don’t see any settings in the app to adjust this. There is no way to contact Smile Doctors directly that I can find - I just keep getting redirected to an FAQ that doesn’t discuss this problem, which is frustrating. I am hopeful this one star review will get some attention and I’ll get some help. It’s the best!
I live about 2 and half hours out of Pueblo and being able to scan at home saves us a lot of time and money. Not just that, but all the workers there are so nice and caring. I’ve had my braces for about 9 months and it has been great. They give you a kit with a bunch of stuff for them, and give you feedback and ways to keep yours gums healthy, braces safe, and ways to help sore teeth. I would definitely recommend Smile Doctors. I love this app.
I like that you can send messages to a real person not a computer. When I miss my scan I like how it reminds me every day. The only thing I don't like is when I send a message and I need a answer bug they don't respond immediately but that is no one's fault. 😃 I do not like how long the scans take or how you have to wait 24 hours till you move on to a new set. But if you have a type of braces I do recommend this app.Show lessget it this app

This is a great tool to connect with your doctor. I especially love the progress feature that shows you how far you have come, making you more and more excited about finishing your treatment and getting that perfect smile that you have always wanted! I very highly recommend!lilster😍😍665
