Some things should be free to test out the app

I wish there was a small portion of the app for free to be able to test it out as I don’t see any free trials and reading the other reviews it doesn't really seem like I want to get a subscription or even continue with the app.

I think it would be really nice to have some some of the games be free so that people with out a lot of money or people who are just trying to test it out can try the game for free and not be out any money.

The ads make it look really fun but I dont know if it is actually good or not because I dont want to be out on any money if i pay the subscription and it is not good.

while this app is a really good way to get motivated and move more. it’s so hard to cancel! i had the trial and have been trying to cancel as it said it would take out a yearly subscription. i’ve tried by emailing, the app store and tried searching google for how to do this! i haven’t had a response i haven’t had any answers or any way to cancel and today they took $82 out of my account even tho i’ve emailed and tried to cancel after the trial! i’ve emailed again and yet no response, according to they’re website they don’t do refunds either but this is ridiculous. i’ve spent hours trying to cancel and there is no clear or obvious way to do so.

No refunds offered and no trial

Be aware there are no refunds given and you can’t try any on the games before commuting to purchase. And they automatically sign you up for a recurring payment which you have to email to get out of and it takes a while for anyone to get back to you.

You have to put your phone somewhere it can see your feet which turns out to be tricky. Then when you have rearranged all your furniture to get it to work each game lasts a very short amount of time so you can’t really get into it. The games aren’t addictive at all so it’s just less effective workout than going to the gym.

I’d get a refund if I could.

Don't get this app

I downloaded this app because I thought it would be a fun way to workout and lose weight. I get on the app and quickly find out that you have to pay to do anything. I couldn't even see a free trial in the subscription options. I figured out how to do the free trial and I go to the website and do everything. I went back onto the app and I still couldn't do any of the workouts. After learning this I tried to go cancel the trial, but lo and behold, theres no way to cancel it from inside the app or that website. I thought I would just do it by deleting my account instead, but when I tried to, it said I have no internet connection or something like that. I try again and my app crashes. Now everytime I try to get onto the app it crashes. I've tried turning my wifi off and back on, restarting my phone, and even deleted the app and reinstalled it. This app isn't worth the trouble and if I could, I would rate it less than 1 star. Horrible app.

I wanted this to be good.

I wanted this to be good. It seems fun. Entertaining. Good way to get that heart rate up. But the app is infantile in design. I literally can’t try any of the workouts because it wants money. I’m cool with paying for apps, service, the developers skill and time. But let me have a moment with it. Not a week of free trial. We don’t commit to workout routines in a week. Let me have a few games free. Let me actually give it a fair shot. Instead you have to charge up front or agree to pay a ludicrous amount next week for an app you aren’t sure about yet.

Scam

Had to stand so far away from my phone to fit myself in the screen that I couldn’t see what was meant to be doing. Thought my subscription was cancelled and have still been charged. What a scam

No good - Unless you have a massive house…

My kids can’t really get far enough away from the tablet to use this properly, as it requires seeing feet, so would not recommend on this basis as I would expect it to be tweakable. I’m not really sure what device it would work on. I tried getting a refund but the apple process says select item and won’t let you select anything.

Not worth anything

Paid $67 for the app and have asked for for my money back in less than a week. If you pay through a website with a discount you can’t cancel via your play or app stores subscriptions, it won’t be there, you have to email them and be at their mercy. Reading these reviews it seems they fight with you to cancel. Their terms say they have a no refund policy unless there is a glitch… I would say my experience is a giant glitch as i have not been able to use it in three days I’ve had it

So let’s start as to why- first there are no requirements told to you before you download it. As far as I can tell you need to have a fairly large, empty area for it to register that you’re there, with a solid background wall. I’ve tried to do this outside because my house is too small and that didn’t work either. It will not recognize that I am there. You also have to have some way for your phone to be standing up far enough away from you to recognize you. Support told me it could be laid on the ground but not sure how that is possible cause then you can’t see the screen…

The ads make it look fun and make me really want to try it but it doesn’t work and is a bust. It did remind me of a mobile phone version of the wii fit games from early 2010s in the ads which is why I really wanted to play this to keep in shape

Fun but expensive and hard to cancel.

I enjoyed the app. However after searching throughout the app I can’t find the cancelation process. I was surprised to find it automatically renewed as I looking in my apple subscriptions and couldn’t find it and also couldn’t find it in the app. This is frustrating to have to click every button to search for canceling and can’t find it.

Don’t do the free trial - scam

I wanted to give this a try and hand to ask for a link for the free trial. Once I signed up for it, I realized I wouldn’t use it, definitely not enough to justify the cost. I kept trying to cancel, but there’s nowhere in the app to cancel. I tried deleting my account thinking that would work, but it just kept crashing or telling me I had no internet connection (I tried on Wi-Fi and off). I contacted support and while waiting for them to get back to me I was charged $67 twice. I’m hoping to hear back soon, but as of now I’m out $134 I don’t have for an app I won’t use. Seems like a cool idea for an app, but not worth the money even to just try it.

ETA: I was reimbursed some of the money (yet to be seen in my account though), after many days of trying, but not all of it despite the fact that they have no way of canceling or contacting them though their app. It wasn’t even listed under my subscriptions on my phone with the others. It seems possibly by design to scam people, so purchase at your own risk. I wouldn’t try the free trial unless you’re positive you want to subscribe, and if you don’t plan on renewing, I’d start attempting to cancel immediately after signing up.
