Don’t do the free trial

I wanted to give this a try and hand to ask for a link for the free trial. Once I signed up for it, I realized I wouldn’t use it, definitely not enough to justify the cost. I kept trying to cancel, but there’s nowhere in the app to cancel. I tried deleting my account thinking that would work, but it just kept crashing or telling me I had no internet connection (I tried on Wi-Fi and off). I contacted support and while waiting for them to get back to me I was charged $67 twice. I’m hoping to hear back soon, but as of now I’m out $134 I don’t have for an app I won’t use. Seems like a cool idea for an app, but not worth the money even to just try it.

Good app but can’t get to work on my iPad

I recently got the six month subscription. I like the app but I cannot get it to run on my iPad. It works fine on the iPhone but it would be a much better experience on the bigger screen.

Disappointed

All reviews say free but it’s not. Loved the idea of this up but don’t want to pay a subscription to use it. I have a Nintendo Switch that’s cheaper to buy games like this on.

Paid but no access

I’ve paid for a subscription but when opening the app to try it can’t get access to anything just getting a repeated pop up asking me to get a subscription. Money is gone from my bank account. I’ve been emailing and getting no reply. At this point in time I have to question the authenticity of this app.

Don’t buy unless in need of wasting money

When I get the app and sign in I try to do a work out but I need to buy a subscription!!! FOR EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT!!!! I think that at least some of the workouts should be free. I don’t not think it is right to pay for a good body. Plus the pricing is outrageous, almost $9 per week!! That is $30 per month!!!!!! Who is going to buy that unless they are rich!!!!!

Looks cool.. too expensive to test out

Looks like a cool app but there are no demo games to decide if you like it and then the lowest price point is $35 for 1 month! Definitely not paying that much to potentially try 1 or 2 games and realize it wasn’t worth it. The developers have been responding to people saying there is a trial available in the App Store but there is none. I’ve clicked every button on the app’s page in the App Store. Under in app purchases drop down, it does say there was a promotional price of $3 for 1 month but there is no way to even access that purchase option and there is no mention of a free trial.

Having a Problem with it quitting

I like it…when it plays. I have no stats because I get halfway through a workout and the app just closes. Talking to support about it and really hoping there’s something that can be done because I enjoy what I’ve been able to do so far.

Pay to play

I can’t find free games or any free trial for this app. This should be added (or made easier to find if it exists). Most apps these days have a free trial, and it seems doubly important for an app like this, knowing that people at different levels of health and ability might not know if this app would be suitable for them.
