Needs more product info

The website is very easy to use and navigate but the product info is minimal. Most newcomers don’t know exactly what they are looking for so they rely on decent product info and other than basic specs this place tells you zero…zip…nada! If you click on the part where it says “ for more info click here to go to the website” and even that doesn’t tell you anything. As a relatively new user I need to know what exactly these products are used for and what they do not just specs. ratings would be great too but that might be asking too much. Also if my order gets held up for a month then cancelled it would be nice if you would let me know why other than just sending me a text saying it’s canceled, this way i can get it sorted out with my insurance. This is not a great website yet…do better.

Service is great Unless the software makes change

I’m an IT person so I understand it’s difficult to cover every contingency, so you have to always make sure the person reviews everything after you make an update to your software, but you don’t always tell us you’re doing that, luckily there was something weird when I went up to re-order and managed to look to see my address and it was wrong.
I checked last order- the re order. it looks like an order was sent to me to a wrong address for someone else they got canceled so y’all should’ve sent me a note to say something like there’s something wrong with your account. Maybe you should check it but with all the stuff that goes on, I know that’s not that easy.
otherwise you are doing a great job in a difficult difficult world. Guys great going developers! Actually, I’m going to change it to five stars just for you - because I’ve been a developer and I don’t want to take the star away from you -so here you go its 5 stars. Test platform? Called reality lol 😆

Insurance Fraudsters

PATIENTS BEWARE!!!
Check your deliveries and items.
Byram Healthcare has been investigated by the Attorney General’s Office and found liable for fraudulently charging patients and receiving kickbacks from manufacturers.
Byram Healthcare will intentionally send or deliver the wrong medical supplies or orders in order to fraudulently charge your insurance. When you inform Byram of their “mistake”, they will charge you for the “exchange” because Byram has already charged your insurance for the wrong medical supplies and if they “change” your claim, they know they will be caught. If you decide to question or dispute the fraudulent charges, your medical supplies will be held “hostage” until you pay them for the “mistake” aka fraud charges they have imposed on your account.
If you have been a victim, please report immediately to your State’s Attorney General’s Office and Insurance Fraud Division.

Clearly developed on the cheap by 3rd rate developers

One of the worst UX I’ve had for a shopping app. So many problems —
The “reorder supplies” option shows you the items you’ve ordered before (super easy) but with no obvious path to browse new items. The check out process is full of bugs. If you need to change your insurance details (because the back end people ALWAYS go in and CHANGE what I’ve entered and then are shocked when they can’t find me in that company’s system), there is a form to enter it, but after you hit submit it returns you to the old entry (ie. it is NOT updated) and provides no path to get back to the shopping cart.
Need to change a shipping address? 1) they apparently only allow you to store one address so you can’t switch between addresses like any decent check out and 2) after changing the address they leaving you hanging there with no path to continue the check out process.

Very little thought was given to the myriad use cases different customers might have and anything outside of the “I want to order exactly what I had before and change nothing about my account” works properly.

I have managed many software development projects and this shows all the signs of shoddy workmanship and/or incredibly inexperienced developers with zero QA process. The project manager of this app should be ashamed.

Frustrating 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve had a number of issues since having to use Byram. And the main one is the time it takes to receive order. There are many occasions where it’s taken longer then 5-7 business days. And my son with downs has had horrible issues with leakage a lot to do with because he’s shorter where his ileostomy was placed was not the best we end up going thru more product than what seem normal. There was at time early on that my son completely ran out 😳🤦🏻‍♀️ I live in a very small town and Thankfully I found a place an hour away to get what he needed. He’s had his ileostomy for well over a year now and still it’s the timing issue. Other then that the product they have are good.

Fix the password and the security question

You need to take a look at your app when you try to put the password in it says it’s not the correct password and then it comes up with your security question and then the security question. Tell us that’s not your right security question. Please take a look at it as soon as you can this is why I don’t order my medical supplies in the app and I just called the company itself. I probably would use it more if you would fix the kinks and everything isn’t it right now Tape but satisfied I call the company to try to see if I can get the company to fix it, they don’t have a clue what I’m talking about so could you please fix it as soon as possible? Thank you.

To whomever it concerns

This app is the most frustrating app I have ever used…..you have to do 5things to change anything let alone change a Dr.,address or even a supply..

You need to think about how much time it takes to change a patient information, order a new product . We have lives we are trying to improve and we are stuck on this issue for a long time. Try working with your clients and their families for help with your application , it is for them and they can help you to make sure that your clients get what they deserve. RESPECT!!!

Over night pull ups

When my daughters doctor wrote the prescription for her because of neurogenic, bowel and bladder and these were needed no one in our area carried them to fit her .. this company has always carried them and shipped them to our house without any hassle and it was and is appreciated.. now she is older and could probably get a company close to us ..we will not switch because bryam was there when we needed them ..

Appreciate an App but it’s buggy

Update: My last order never processed but I got the confirmation email, rep claimed they didn’t have Dr information but I could see it in account details on my account page, same Doctor’s information that has been there for over a year. The rep then began asking for the items I would like to order, I tried to give the order number but they said I would have to place a new order and loose the previous months order. They dropped the ball and kept trying to skirt around it. I actually had two chat representatives disconnect me when they could tell me what was going on. The reps names we’re Daisy Mae and Fernandez.

I love having the option of using an app to reorder but it’s constantly freezing and crashing. Often skips pass the fingerprint login or it opens an closes so fast you don’t even have time to put your thumb on the reader. It’s sometimes takes several days for me to complete the order because the app freezes while adding items to the cart. This month it has been especially bad.

Like all things Byram, this app is terrible.

I don’t know how them manage it, but Byram has somehow bungled every interaction I’ve ever had with them. Shipping the wrong items, billing for items incorrectly, neglecting to refund overpayments due to their billing mistakes, not rush-shipping when I have asked and paid for it, suddenly claiming I owe them hundreds of dollars months after orders were completed and paid for because they mess up insurance processing, then refusing to ship new equipment until they are able to correct their own mistake, etc. If my insurance would allow me to purchase my supplies from literally ANYWHERE else I would in a heartbeat. when you call them, Byram will remind you repeatedly that you can reorder using their website or app, but don’t waste your time. You’re going to end up calling them afterwords to patiently explain to them what Byram did wrong this time. Just call them and talk to them in the first place and ask for them to confirm EVERYTHING, and then keep your fingers crossed. (Be nice to the people on the phone. It’s not their fault.)
