I want to see my payment plan
Was hoping their new app would have the option to show any current payment plans on my account, which their website was never able to do. Unfortunately the app is the same, and no where specifies of any payment plan. So of course that means I cannot reorder thru the app or online, and must call a customer service rep each time I reorder so that I can explain to them every single time that I have a payment plan and I’m not going to pay the outrageous minimum balance charge that the app/online says I must pay to be able to order more supplies. Stupid
