App problem
I had a hard time with the sign on through the Phone app. I had to go to your website to sign on then I was diverted back to the app. I am still amazed that after ordering every month for 3 years I have only had one order go smoothly. At this point my expectations are very low. I have responded many times with suggestions on how to fix the problems but this is your problem not mine.

Extremely satisfied!
Best medical supplier. I have used 3 other suppliers and had so many issues and since switching to this supplier everything has gone smoothly and never had any issues. Ordering is so easy and customer service is great for when I have questions. Highly recommend
Dexcom Orders
App has been very nice & handy. However, turn around time from when order is placed to when it’s delivered is terrible. It’s a bit better now that FedEx is delivering again but takes weeks to get them to FedEx
It is so easy!
The app allows me to reorder the supplies my autistic daughter needs quickly. They even have the option of 30 day or 90 day supply! I love how easy Bryam is to use, not only that but the customer service representatives are always so polite.

Byram is an excellent provider of medical devices. The customer service representative have been very helpful when I have asked questions, and the company has always been great in keeping me informed about my orders. Thank you!!!
Doesn’t work. Log in once doesn’t show any info then stops working
I try to log in and it will let me, but I click on any link to order history or any other and will say no order history. Trying to reload or click a different link takes me back to log into screen and will just sit on “signing in” circle and keep trying to load.
Waste of time
I used the app in July and it worked great. I used it again in August, received an email with a confirmation number. After 2 weeks I called about the status and they said the order was never received in the system. They told me that I should always call and verify as there are glitches. Why bother with the app in the first place if I still have to call?

App Not Worth Your Time!!
This app is obviously not connected to their back end system. For 2 months, now, I’ve place and order using this app and received an app based confirmation # and an email confirmation with the same #. A couple of days later I get another email with a different confirmation # for the exact same order. Like someone has to go to the app based orders and manually(?) push the info to their “real system.
Also, the dashboard page lists a confirmation # that doesn’t match either number that I was provided.
Calling customer service does no good because CS doesn’t have a clue how the app looks or works.

Stick with calling or using byram website. App is useless
After multiple uninstalls/reinstalls, customer support attempts, and all possible ways to troubleshoot; the conclusion has been made that for any remote chance of success completing anything with byram, calling or online is the best options. The app doesn’t work, period. I’ve not been able to even get pass the login screen.

Works when it wants to
Very buggy works one time next time nothing says try again. I placed an order got confirmation text and email order received, two weeks later got a text it’s time to reorder supplies !! What happened to the order that was confirmed ? Delete the app totally a waste I have placed 3 orders paid a bill twice after the third order it’s saying I owe and have only received one order DO NOT USE THE APP
