Really smooth, simple and easy process. Was putting it off due to complications with other apps but wow - so streamlined. Can’t wait to dig through my house for more to sell. It would be great if there were more options for clothes that aren’t extremely expensive and designer! Things still hold their value and it would make it a lot easier to ensure old clothes get loved again where there is a bit more variety in the price points. 😊

SCAM
Sent them a phone in August 2023, never received payment. Customer service refuses to answer me, though their system very clearly shows they are reading my messages. Sell to this company at your own risk, highly convinced any good reviews are fakes.

Stupid re-evaluation prices
If the item you’re selling isn’t straight out the box you won’t get what they originally quote you. I had an iPhone 13 Pro in near mint condition and was quoted £530, after sending the item off and it going through quality control they got back to me with a counter offer of £340. Which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. The phone was mint and had barely a hairline scratch on it. Only sell on here if you are willing to accept any price for your items.
The process of selling and sending the item off is very easy and straight forward, however that’s the only good thing I can say about this app.
I later took my phone to o2 and recycled for £450 which is much more reasonable.

Too many Bugs
I like the concept but it literally only lets me add my cell phone, the one in currently using to try and sell -_- you can’t even add anymore items
Still waiting to receive money for iphone12
So I sent my iPhone 12 in 18 days ago on the 14th day it said everything was complete and they cash out my money to my bank account for some reason my account didn’t allow them to so They asked for a different account gave them my moms and now still nothing. I’m upset more so with the fact that I’m not getting any answers back until they want to literally not caring at all about what I think I don’t know what to do I guess take it as a lose idk
