Skeptical at First but will definitely use again

App is a little clunky and unclear so was scared I was going to get scammed when I sent my old phone to them. However was paid into my bank account the same day it arrived to them and was given the price they quoted for it. Very happy and would definitely use again!

Don’t ever use this disgrace of a company

My brother Julian sent them an IPhone signed for and tracked as requested, to be then told that although it was signed for and tracked to the right place, they can’t find the item and therefore can’t give him us money. Is this really life?? Why on earth is your staff losing an item the sellers problem? Refusing to pay him the money owed because someone in your warehouse clearly can’t be trusted? This is absolutely disgusting and your so called customer care person called Enki is useless.
I will not stop until we’ve gotten that money. Royal Mail have even refused compensation. Why? Because it was delivered and signed for at the right place! Count your days twig I’ll have bailiffs turning up to your head office if I have to go that far.

Negotiated price and they sent the wrong (lower) amount

I was offered £69 for a designer coat. This was less than the coat was available in places like Vinted so used their bot to negotiate a price and was offered £84. This was still a little less than Vinted but as payment was instant I accepted.

I accepted the price and a notification came up to say that I was being send £84 and instant payments could take a few hours. No bother.

The next day the payment still hadn’t arrived in my bank account so I check my account, they were only sending me £69, the price that I had NOT accepted.

I emailed about where the money was and why it was lower than agreed. Was told instant payments were turned off (I selected instant payment and had a notification confirming this) and that the bot was not working and they could not give me the price I had agreed to!

Decided that I could not trust this service enough to send them the items, they’d already messed me about before I’d even sent them anything, and cancelled. I’m glad I noticed before sending off my items!

Hoax / not user friendly

Uploaded a bunch of items, and a few months later, they all got deleted because I didn’t cash out. When I re-uploaded everything and did try to cash app, they have all these different restrictions like you can only cash out three items per transaction then you can only do three of those per month and then on top of that you have to pay for shipping to send everything in which is usually more than the cost of your items. I’d avoid this it’s not worth the time.

Its ok

I mean i get what they are trying to do with helping us sell stuff but what i dont understand is that I tried to Sell my Ipad Yesterday morning and they said that they will give me £350 And i was Super Happy About that But when i Went to Go sell it in the Afternoon (Fill In the info again) They said that i would only Get £190 and It Confused me how they changed the price Dramatically. When i sent it to them They said that they would only Give me £140 and i needed that money so i had no choice, Now Im selling a Bit of my stuff For what would be Alot more than what they Want to buy my stuff for Like my Xbox they Only Giving me £55 ish So all i have for Criticism is the Dramatic Change of price in What i try Sell
