SCAM!
This app is a huge scam you never receive your money and after sending the clothes it’s even over a month and it says they still have not received my clothing and when I email customer support about it they haven’t or don’t get back to me about it needs to be removed off the App Store
Doesn’t do as promised. Don’t trust it!
App said it would take up to 48 hours to verify my social security and personal info. It’s been days longer and I’m still not verified so can’t get a card or use the app. Wish I could un-submit my personal info. Beware!
Keeps Logging Me Out
I try to put any of the products in getting to sell and it keeps logging me off
I’m not giving up all my personal info just so that I can try out the app
I was interested to try this app but just wanted to check a couple of items to see if it was worth signing up for first. Nope. Can’t do it. So I’ll stick with the companies I’m already signed up with.
Only has a few items to select from
If you’re not selling Burberry or like 2 other brands, they just won’t even let you proceed. Such a waste and my guess is you don’t get a good payout anyway - just based on how terrible the rest of the app is. Stick with Poshmark for high end goods and eBay and mercari for other stuff.
Disappointed
I have tried this app so far they don’t pay you for your items and customer service if you call it that either takes two weeks to respond if they respond at all so far this app appears to be a scam to get your items they think are worth money without paying you
Misleading marketing
They make it seem like you can upload as many items as you want for a cash out without telling you that it’s actually only 10 items max unless you “deposit $100” into your Twig account and you can only cash out 3 items at a time, plus you have to pay to ship the items to them so you’re basically making nothing. I also agree that it doesn’t give me good vibes that they ask for your SSN. The app was very promising but after finding out about the hidden traps, I don’t think I’ll continue using it.

Waste of time!!!
This app is a complete waste of time!!! If they do accept what you are trying to sell, you will never be able to cash out because they will NEVER verify your identity! In the app it says you will be notified within 48 hours that you have been verified. I have waited over a week, contacted support with no response, and still no ID verification. This app has great potential if it was not so picky item wise and I don’t maybe whoever created this or works there would actually verify your identity. How can this app say they are off setting the carbon footprint by keeping clothes out of landfills etc when they are only accepting the brands that are not going to landfills in the first place. Complete B.S.! Do Not Waste Your Time

False advertising - Personal data mining
Beware. This app doesn’t do what it advertises at all. They make it seem like you can avoid donating all your f your old clothing and actually make a profit for once. That is not the case at all and you will definitely be disappointed. If you download and see for yourself, please rate to let others know. As other reviewers have mentioned if you don’t have the exact 6 brand name items to sell, you can’t add your own. Deleted.
