Logging me out before I get on the bus

It happens a lot and it’s so annoying sometimes I do it in time and sometimes I don’t stop doing it

Worst update

This app used to be easy to follow and I would be able to see exactly how many stops I need until I’m at my destination. This new update makes everything so much harder. It doesn’t give the right time of when the bus will show up, it doesn’t show the stops, and doesn’t show the correct routes at some points. This app makes it hard to follow and I liked the last version much better. They should definitely go back to the original… hate it. I would give it a 0 stars if I could!

New Update Made it Worse

It is very hard to use now. It use to be easy and straightforward. It keeps telling me to get on at this stop when I’m trying to see how many more stops I have when I’m already on the bus with route. It has made me late because it doesn’t keep up with busses. It is just overall a terrible update and should go back to the way it was before.

Worst app known to mankind

So useless. So inaccurate. Constant bugs. I cannot believe the city of Eugene would use an app that was so obviously created haphazardly by incompetent developers. The bus times and routes are almost always incorrect, which leads to hours of my time wasted. It’s ridiculous, infuriating, and appalling. Public transportation should be reliable and this app is the furthest thing from reliability.

Worst app ever!

I have two kids who need to get to school every day and I’m forced to use this POS that logs them out every day, won’t open half the time and my poor kids get chewed out by BUS DRIVERS BECAUSE OF IT!

umo doesn’t work

i cant even log into my account from the home screen without it telling me theres a problem with my internet (theres no issues with my internet, ive tried several networks and used data). also does not let me load funds at all

Authorisation failed (not enough money)

I am trying to reload my Umo wallet, but every time I try, an error message pops up “Authorisation failed (not enough money)”. However, I have money on my card and there's no issue with the bank as well. This is weird and frustrating.

Horrible

Terrible app, it NEVER lets me purchase money to my umo wallet. it keeps crashing and wont accept the payment no matter what. extremely frustrating.

Adding money function fails

Hi
The function where you add money to the app just keeps telling me that it failed. Tried quitting the app and starting again
Even had one of the transit people here in Raleigh tell me I had to add the State and city name in all caps which isn’t possible considering The state entry box is a drop down menu. The app is very finicky and just doesn’t work. Had to ask the bus drivers for free passes I feel so bad. Please fix your app
