Authorisation failed (not enough money)

I am trying to reload my Umo wallet, but every time I try, an error message pops up “Authorisation failed (not enough money)”. However, I have money on my card and there's no issue with the bank as well. This is weird and frustrating.

Horrible

Terrible app, it NEVER lets me purchase money to my umo wallet. it keeps crashing and wont accept the payment no matter what. extremely frustrating.

Adding money function fails

Hi
The function where you add money to the app just keeps telling me that it failed. Tried quitting the app and starting again
Even had one of the transit people here in Raleigh tell me I had to add the State and city name in all caps which isn’t possible considering The state entry box is a drop down menu. The app is very finicky and just doesn’t work. Had to ask the bus drivers for free passes I feel so bad. Please fix your app

Lost funds

I had $30 on my account when I looked yesterday night and now I only have $15 left. I only have one account and only took 2 buses.

App ok

The app is ok but it would be better if I could sync UMO with my apple wallet that way you absolutely don’t need an internet connection. Better for riders.

Terrible.

If you aren’t connected to internet or data, good luck using this app. You must be connected to the internet so sign in so unless you have data or open the app before you leave, you cannot use your pass. There have been several times where the app has crashed and I cannot board the bus because it can’t get my bus pass. Terrible app, you should feel bad for making this so terrible.

New update makes app way more difficult to use

I’m not one to review apps ever, especially poor reviews, but I have been so frustrated with this app ever since the new update. Before the update, tracking buses was far more accurate, which was so important to me as my bus stops do not have shelter from rain. (There was also a time when there was a visual of your bus moving on the map which was very helpful, please bring that back) Before, you could also click on the estimated time of arrival and see if there is an updated time and when that time was last updated on umo, which was also helpful. Another thing that frustrates me is that I almost always have to choose my location to my regular bus stop on my map because it doesn’t show my closest bus stop as an option, even though I have my location on. Before the update, when you type in your destination, the trip options would show you the different routes to take and if you have to transfer onto another bus. I have taken my regular bus route enough to know that I can transfer to a different bus to get closer to home, but it no longer shows that as an option on umo. The layout of the trip details is more confusing now than before too. Anyways, I really did think umo was so helpful in the beginning and even got a few friends to use it. Maybe it’s all just user error I don’t even know, but this is my (hopefully) constructive criticism. I hope this helps.

Worst app ever

Worst app ever!! Logs me out after every 2-3 days..like seriously if u say it’s good way to keep track of user, you still won’t like to do it every 2-3 days that makes the customer feels ashamed in front of bus driver when the app is not working. Also, worst part it works only on mobile data like seriously if one gets out of service, you have no other way.. worst worst worsttt
