Crappy app

This app frequently glitches and won’t load the QR code which is necessary to scan to get on the bus. This is problematic because bus drivers are apt to say that a person is “just lying.” In this situation a person can be refused access to the bus. Fix this problem asap.

Still bad and removed live tracking for lines I use

This app is still bad and sort of worthless without live tracking for the lines I use.

One thing I can’t believe they have added is transit passes in Apple wallet and on the Apple Watch. My employer pays for my annual transit pass but there is no way to just put that into my apple wallet or put it on my watch. I want this because Umo will randomly log me out of the app and when I am asked to show my pass I will have to log back in and sometimes even setup my pass again. This is so common that the transit security will just wave you by if you tell them the app isn’t working.

Please Umo let me add my pass to my Apple wallet so that your app doesn’t mess with my commute any more.

EDIT: now constantly asking what transit district I am in which makes it even harder to use when I am asked for my pass. PLEASE MAKE A WATCH APP SO ICAN JUST SHOW THE PASS ON MY WRIST

New app not that good

I absolutely loved the old app, because I could use an arrow to choose when the next available bus would be. But now I have to input my DEPARTURE time which makes no sense so I have to do the math myself if I need to be somewhere by a specific time. Also just generally hard to use, if I need a complicated route where I switch a few buses, it doesn’t even show any possible options. it just gives up and tells me the “Healthiest” option ((which is usually a 2 hour walk I am NOT doing)). Even the website works better than the app, but even then its small and hard to read and control the map because it slides everywhere.
Im just generally unhappy with the updates, and the old format was so much easier to use.

We are sorry you are not entirely satisfied with the app. You have the option to also select an 'Arrive by' time when planning a trip. on the Trip Options screen, you can click on "Leave Now", and select "Arrive by" next to "Depart at" to select an arrival time. Malfunctions a lot

This app is fine when it decides to actually work. Signs you out randomly Takes extra time to load. A few times it wouldn’t show my code at all. I use it almost daily and I find myself annoyed by its glitches often.

Still directs you to stops and routes that don’t exist

The data in this app is wholly inaccurate and you are better off grabbing a pamphlet like it’s 2004.

Route 33 does not stop at any of the stops this app directs you to on the east side of Milwaukee. These stops are served by routes 14 and 30 currently, but not 33.

It is incredibly inconvenient to find this out after work at 10pm on a Sunday, when if I miss the bus, I am stranded on this side of town.

The people who design this app treat it like we ride the bus for leisure. It’s ridiculous. I’m not walking 7mi home from work because it’s healthier!

PLEASE FIX!!

Some bug has crashed the app and it’s been unusable. There is no information for busses available, it is just giving an error message that says ‘Sorry! We’re currently unable to show routes for this area’ and that’s been for over a week now. I use this app every day, so please get this fixed.
*id recommend downloading the Transit app for the time being*

Huge bug please fix ASAP!

I rely on the bus to get to work. This app worked great planning routes and telling me bus times, etc. Now it no longer works. It can not detect any bus stops, tell me any time info, or plan routes. Please take this seriously and fix it.

was good B4 the update

used this to get around and find bus routes for a good while, the update that overhauled the UI has completely ruined the app. it’s hard to use, doesn’t show bus routes most the time, and will constantly glitch and say there’s no busses near me or god forbid just tell me to walk 2hr without any other options. if i didn’t already know the LTD system so well id be screwed getting to appointments and work.

New to this method. Works Great!

Taught my son how to use the bus before he gets his license. The app works really well. It notifies when his stop is coming up. You can "favorite" bus stops, so planning a trip is easier. It would be nice if there were more choices than work/home/school for main favorites (since he stays at more than one home) but the app works way better than I thought it would since there are so many negative comments. I don't know what it did better before the update that everyone has mentioned, but this version works great! Good job!

New update made the app barely functional

It’s not displaying any bus times, stops, or the best route possible. Just walking distance… Why? I’m not the only one experiencing this issue either. Until the issue is fixed, I’m just going to rely on this app to use my digital bus pass. Nothing else.
