Figure out your locking mechanism
Please do not use these bikes. Trying to end your ride will be the most frustrating experience of your entire life. The lock simply doesn’t work
Wonderful idea but this needs some work!!!
What an awful app. The idea behind a bike share program is incredible and would do so much for Nola, it’s a shame they’ve managed to mess it up this bad. My partner and I both downloaded blue bikes while we were here for five days, and every day despite redownloads, refreshes, and contacting customer support, we could not get the app to either open, or track our location. Prompt buttons to share location do not work when tapped, and on some days despite deleting and redownloading the Home Screen would not load. It’s honestly flabbergasting how something on this scale can work so poorly. Bike shares are amazing and blue bikes really needs to figure it out.
