  • Sudden crash with no recourse

I have been using this app for nearly a year with no major problems. There was an occasional delay in my receiving my withdrawals but they seemed to have been getting faster. I was in the middle of playing a game today and without warning I received an error message saying unable to load. Please tap to reload. I can’t get in to play, withdraw my money or reach customer support. This is bad. Very bad. There should at least be an email or something explaining an outage or a way to retrieve existing funds. Very disappointing. If this is not resolved soon I will seek legal remedy or file a complaint with the gaming commission.
Need to do better with customer support.

  • Awful

I am trying to withdraw money and i keep getting an error message. CS gave me a phone #, which I called and the told me that the only way to setup my acct is via phone (absolutely ridiculous) had to call twice because they have to call you back and when I didn’t receive their call, the 2nd CS told me probably because Verizon has spam blocked. Verizon’s site not working. So got on chat, 30 minutes back and forth only to have to call them. And will have to call them back to add my spam filter back on. Never have I had to talk to so many people to complete on simply task that any other gambling site can get done without talking to anyone via chat or phone. Absolutely absurd. Taking all my money and will never return

  • App Doesn’t Work!

The “Play” button doesn’t work when attempting to open games! I made a deposit and tried to open a game - ANY game - and the Play button, when pressed, does move as it is being pushed down, but only releases back up when let go rather than open the game. For reference, I have a newer iPhone; I do not have any updates to be installed for my phone nor are there any recent updates for this app. Therefore, this appears to be an issue this app specifically. Of course since it was my first deposit and a bonus was applied, I am unable to withdraw and therefore I am out deposit. Luckily it wasn’t a lot. Support was unhelpful and blamed my WiFi which is not the issue.

  • Do not bet with FireKeepers on this app!!!

I took advantage of their free bets for new bettors and ended up winning $91. No problems with that part but when I tried to cash out my issues began. They won’t pay you through PayPal like every other Casino so I had to use some dumb service that went through my bank and it took them almost 90 days to pay me. This is entirely unacceptable. I had to submit my credit card info and my state ID blah blah blah… I would recommend that you use ANY other casino app. Customer service was NO help and it was just my persistence that got me my money as they really didn’t want to pay me what I had earned fair and square. It’s too bad because I’d rather use a casino that is local to keep the money in the community but it’s not worth the risk because next time I may not even get my money.

  • Don’t expect a timely withdrawal

If customer service and/or getting your withdrawal processed in a timely manner, Firekeepers is not for you. I have played all of the Michigan online casino apps and this is by far the worst. My first withdrawal took about a week and i had to upload documents but you never get notified that you need to do so.

Finally after getting through that process i assumed subsequent withdrawals would be much easier since I supplied all necessary documentation but i was wrong. I’m going on day 3 with no change in the pending status of my withdrawal. If i was cynical i would think they delay the process in hopes you cancel the withdrawal and give it back to them.

Just use another app, trust me

  • casino games

Games are interesting, it’s nice that games can be played via demo so one can see what bonuses and free spins look like, because without demos one may never experience free spin or bonuses when actually playing the games with real money. To enhance playing games with real money, one needs to actually be able to hit free spins and bonuses, enabling one to continue playing and winning enough to play for a little while or gain enough to cash out! That currently is not happening, and is therefore discouraging to the point that makes one not to ever want to play again for real money.

  • Scam.

FireKeepers has a promo - bet $5 at total of +110 odds, get $100 in free bets. I won a parlay, but the bet didn’t show the total odds. I contacted support, who told me that because one of the legs wasn’t +110 I was ineligible. I pointed out that nowhere in the T&Cs does it state that each leg needs to be +110; only the total bet. They refused to budge. I then pointed out that my $5 bet won $18 for a total payout of $23, which would prove that the odds were greater than +110. They repeated attempted to avoid my questioning of this while repeating my bet was ineligible because it didn’t meet the odd minimums. I’m waiting for my cash out (not holding my breath based on the reviews below), and then closing my account. I’ve used DraftKings, MGM, ESPN Bet, FanDuel to name a few. Never had an experience remotely close to this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  • Steal your money!!

I won a few hundred on this site but goodluck getting the money. You can’t get it via credit card or debit card. You will have to do a ACH with a company that is a scam. Be prepared to give this company that Firekeepers uses a picture of yourself a picture of your ID along with your bank account number and routing number your email address phone number last 4 of your SSN number and after all that was told I have to give last 3 months of bank statements. They starting withdrawing money from my account had to file fraud charges with my bank. You will not get any help from Firekeepers they will tell you to contact the scammers. After all this I’m out the money I deposited have to close my bank account file fraud charges.

  • Withdrawal in limbo-bad app design

I got to firekeepers casino in Battle Creek and I do enjoy it there but this app is hard to navigate and hard to find what you need. There’s so little information. I’m used to betrivers which is by far the best I’ve used so this is disappointing. Depositing money is a breeze but getting a withdrawal is maddening. Instead of letting you upload documents immediately you have to wait to hear from them and request them. This is a lengthy back and forth process. The games available are limited and some are not familiar and cheap looking. Firekeepers casino is a professional establishment but this app is a bad representation of them. They have had plenty of time to address these issues that people have with the app but apparently it isn’t a priority.

  • Anyone who rates above 2 stars is an employee

Worst casino app of them all. Even on smaller name casinos I’ve been paid in less than 24 hours everytime! To start this trash casino takes your money gladly using a debit card but doesn’t do card withdrawals…. Backwards right? I decide to do the cash withdrawal because I stay 3 hours away. That same card I can’t withdraw to they want a picture of haha. Must be an invisible casino if I can’t show my ID at the counter and pickup my money. Please read reviews before signing up and stay far far away from this trash. I doubt this casino will be around in the next 10 years.
