This app is garbage. Most of the time when I’m trying to take advantage of bonuses it won’t even let me deposit. Giving two stars because the times I’ve been able to, their bonuses have done well for me. Takes about 4-8 days for pending withdrawals to clear. Don’t plan on getting your winnings
The app itself is good. However if you win don’t plan on getting your winnings very quickly. You’ll be jumping through hoops and then waiting for days, I’m currently on day 4 of the 3 to 5 days after they require documentation and after they accept it. Be prepared to wait for winnings
Fun to play, less fun to wait for anything you win. Funny that they are quick to process deposits, but withdrawals take 5 days + to be approved. Most other gambling sites I play give you the option to withdrawal via PayPal and my funds are in my account within 24 hours.smicheal10
There’s a reason they have 2 stars
I’ve been waiting for my withdraw for over a week now and it still just says pending. They have no issues taking your deposits but when it comes time for them to pay out withdraws they require bank documents, utility bills, and apparently over a week to process one withdraw. Takes weeks or longer to withdraw money
I signed up with the deposit match promo, won some money sports betting, and decided to cash out. It’s been 2 weeks now and they still haven’t even reviewed my withdrawal request. WORST APP EVER!!
Do not even waste your time!!! They do no deserve the 1 star I wanted to give them No negative 0 stars but I had too just to leave a review. It’s been nothing but issues upon issues with this app since downloading. Long story short deposited funds smoothly and quickly thereafter went all down hill! Was not able to play slots couldn’t even utilize my deposit they locked all play on the app why?? I’m not sure they never said and no ask of verification or documents if that was the issue that should of been addressed at registration! They take your money and lock you out! Could not log into site would not accept my password that’s saved in my IPhone tried multiple upon multiple times forgot password email never received a link after 7x still have not received reset email! Support?? What support?! Chat window that NOBODY answers waited a hour Support is a Joke! I’ve been on some questionable gambling apps/sites but this one is by far the shadiest! Bad bad bad
Casino app is horrible! I put 20$ on and can not even play on my phone! I guess so they say they are having problems with IPhones being able to use the app! Worst Casino App ever!
I wish I could give zero stars, this is the worst casino app ever. It’s been over a week since I’ve initiated a withdrawal and it’s still pending. Emailed FireKeepers and they have refused to respond. They gladly took my deposit instantly and now they are holding my withdrawal without any explanation. Do not play!
BEWARE: I am still waiting to receive my winnings from 5 days ago. I requested the withdrawal on Thursday evening. Today is Tuesday. The so called payment team still has to process my request, verify my information, etc. If I cancel that request and ask to withdraw the winnings at the casino, the payment team still needs to approve. This will delay it even longer as they have not responds to my request from Thursday. They accepted my deposit from my debit card real fast, I can’t seem to get my winnings back on the debit card that easily. I have chatted with many reps, no help. I have already sent an email. Going to delete this app once I receive my winnings. Stick with other casino apps.
Update: Thursday 8:28pm. I uploaded a photo of my debit card AND My bank statement on Wednesday afternoon.
I never received an email asking for this information.
Support is telling me that the information is asked for when I logged in. Nope, never saw the message. The withdrawal request was
Processed by evening because my winnings were no longer in pending status.
