Horrible, They want your life saving to complete a withdraw
I had no problems depositing money from my bank account to this app. I end up winning $250. I was told the withdrawal will be 5 to 10 business days. After my 10 days was up I called to see what was the problem and they wanted a copy of the credit card and my bank statement to prove identity. Not impressed.
First of all. Can tell they don’t care about their app. Hasn’t had an update in over 4 months. All other Michigan ones. Update every few weeks. After playing. Sure not gonna have much expectations to possibly come out ahead. But to have just over a %5 percent return that’s not the major issue. I would move from my couch to my chair. Maybe at most 5 feet. I would get a technical error with a message checking location. I would then have to back out the game. I would realize that I just lost the bet from the technical error. Like people have said in other reviews. Only takes seconds to deposit money. Why would I want to drive 3 hours to get my money or wait days on days. If you read this far. Can’t play
Download the app over a week ago, still can’t play, can’t get my deposit back, have contacted online support serval times and still nothing. I do not understand? Also have emailed with no one contacting me. This is a bit ridiculous, unfortunately there is now a live person to speak with. I have updated my phone, done everything possible to play and yet still can’t. Once I can get my cash back I’m done. I’ll stick with MGM never had an issue with their site. horrible experiences
i am a frequent goer of Firekeepers Casino. when i figured out i was able to play from my phone, made my experience even better. BOY WAS I WRONG. after winning slots (88 fortunes jackpot) i was able to withdraw money at the cash counter, smoothly. i win again (88 fortunes and blackjack) process a withdraw for $700 and received the email stating my funds were available for pick up. upon getting to the cash counter not 1 but 2 managers stated that the conformation email isn’t in their system. so they told me to wait. after waiting DAYS, i go back to the cash counter just for them to tell me to contact customer service (which i did). long story short, if you’re winning money on this app, you’ll only be able to do one withdraw without running into problems. i’ve won over $1,300 and was only able to receive the first initial withdraw of $500. eventually i canceled the withdraw and lost all the winnings (not surprised it is a casino app). don’t download unless you want to waste your money, time, and if you live in Michigan gas as well.Show lessquintin05

I hate to leave a review here but due to their poor communication when there’s an issue and after you attempt to leave it on the help center which does not take your complaint. Was in the middle of a game and got logged out I was in the middle of a bonus game came signed back on immediately and bonus round was not there contacted them about getting logged out with 15 spins left on bonus round for Buffalo and have not heard anything. I absolutely love their land casino. It’s clean the staff are not only helpful but very friendly. I expected the same service from the online casino I was disappointed. When they can take your deposit in two seconds but take a week To give your winnings back I find out an issue. Don’t waste time
Worst app. I thought I would try this app instead of MGM just to see if they had different games. Made a deposit of $25 for it to “cancel” (yet came out of my bank account). I went to try again and it declined. They want you to use some pre paid card according to customer service. I still have yet to get my credits or my money back but will be calling my bank tomorrow. Wife made an account. The password she made didn’t work. The reset link didn’t work. Talked to an online agent, uploaded some documents. They gave a temp password that required immediate reset…didn’t work. Gave up on this casino before I even deposited a dollar. What a joke. Terrible!!!
This is the worst online casino I have come across!!! The games hardly pay and and in the event they do in order to withdraw your money you basically have to give up your first born…even for small payouts ($100)!! They say they require extra documents as an added security meaure, but I’m not sure how a bank statement and any card you used to deposit is a security measure when an ID isn’t requested. Then after uploading that can take up to 48 hours for them to review and once approved it’s another 3-5 days to receive your funds. I feel as if tho they want you to get frustrated with the withdrawal process, cancel it and play the money back. Haven’t experienced this with any other online casino. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Ive used almost every Sportsbook/Casino that’s available in the state of Michigan and there is no doubt that Firekeepers is the absolute worst one of them all. I requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago (after I uploaded documents to verify my identity) and then a couple days later received an email asking why I withdrew the money. Why does this matter? It’s my money and I’d like it back? I responded to the email well over a week ago. Well fast forward and now my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed. Whenever I start a chat with an online agent, I verify my identity, explain the situation and then I’m told this issue has been sent to payments department and I’ll be emailed when it’s been resolved and then the agent ends the chat. I have not received any communication from the payments department either. Stay away from this app and company as they WILL keep your money hostage. Their logic is we’ll either take your money or we’ll make it as hard as possible to get the money out that you put in. Absolutely horrible service and app. Save yourself the headache and gamble elsewhere.Show lessryanhannon

Downloaded this app to take advantage of the money match. ($500) Not only did they not have any of the games I like to play like live blackjack and live roulette.
