SCAM - WATCH OUT
They pretend to offer 2 deposit bonuses by saying once you deposit you can go to the sportsbook or casino for another deposit bonus. THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU 1 deposit bonus. Maybe that is. I’m sure in their terms and conditions they have other scams to make you ineligible for the bonus. Terrible customer service & also made me upload identity documents. Terrible App
This app is terrible. Especially the directions you are given. It’s impossible to get someone to chat with you and explain what information needed to use this site. It give you piece meal info on information needed to get a payout. They make it easy to allow you to enter Credit Card info to make a deposit, but good luck trying to take money out. Almost impossible to receive withdrawal
I submitted for a withdrawal of my winnings and when they weren’t received in a couple of days I contacted customer service, via chat. This was the only option available. I was told it would be taken care of in a few days.
Next I received an email telling me I need to submit a copy of my banking statement as proof of my identity, and a copy of my drivers license. Sent both of these in a few days ago and now get a request for a photo of the card I used for the casino transactions. As of today it’s been almost a week and a half that I have been trying to get my money. What a joke! Will never use this app again.Show lessFffffffoooooo
Delayed withdrawals! Just DON’T!!!
It’s November 11th and I’ve been waiting on a $600 withdrawal since October 29th. You can’t talk to a human on the phone and Trinity and Malika (Customer Service “Chat”) seem to care less when or if you get your money. Firekeepers seems to deliberately delay withdrawals with document requests (in this case photos of my credit cards and checking account). Now that I’ve submitted them Malika shared that it will take 3-5 days to “review” the documents and then they can provide timing on payment. Four Winds typically pays in 2 days or less. Not good
So far it’s been a hassle to even be able to deposit. I can only assume how ridiculously difficult it would be to withdraw winnings. Not so sure it’s the APP itself, maybe the structure of employees they have and just pathetic poor management. Perhaps the sarcastic tongue and attitude which they display towards patrons who spend money with that establishment. I could make an excuse for them

This is by far the worst of the casino apps that I have used. Wow, this is the worse casino app I’ve dealt with since Michigan began allowing online gambling! !
I won a pultry $300 online but that was TEN DAYS AGO and I still haven’t received my winnings. One excuse after another!
Instead of filing my account under my unique name, they insist on me furnishing my email address and my phone number and my security answers even before they will begin to give me aide.
And the supposedly live person who is supposed to be helping me, hangs up the phone.

They do not like to release your withdrawals
The actual gaming site is not bad, the issue is if you have winnings and want to withdraw the funds, they process is horrible. They hold the money asking for documents and when you download the documents they ask you for the same over and over and do not release your funds. I have had this happen 3 times, there will not be a fourth because I am done with this site.Show lesschatcat10
