Never seen a Casino site take the money out of your account so quickly but it’s taking weeks for it to approve my withdrawal the funds I won. I literally mean it’s been weeks since I requested my withdrawal from what I won and I verified all my account info but still hasn’t happened yet. Last time I did a withdrawal it sent it back into my casino account like they are trying to get people to play until they lose. Also I had to find out on my own that I had to verify my account info to withdrawal from here but they have no problem with me pulling money out of my bank account to play games if anything you would think they would have you verify the account info then. In short the app does not work at all for me if you’re trying to use the casino slots. If you’re trying to do sports betting it appears to be working. The individuals I have spoken to via text message. Appear to be legitimately trying to help. However after deleting and reinstalling the app more than once resetting my modem more than once changing my password you name of a multitude of things. The end result I cannot play any slots on the app and my money is there. I will attempt to withdraw my money today and delete the app.Show less22@nickname
Horrible!!! Use a different casino app!!!
I won some money in NCAA basketball and went to withdraw my winnings, to the same source they allowed me to deposit from, and was told unless I give them bank statements or images of my debit card, they won’t allow my withdrawal. What kind of shady crap is that?!? They let you deposit just fine, but if you want the money out, they want your banking info. If it was good enough to deposit from, it should be good enough to withdraw from!!!Show lessFaceman21
Consistent Game error issues and resets
Horrible system and or operational geo location issues. I’m a professional gambler and have used several online bets systems. This by far is the worst withdrawal wait, systeM error reconfiguration and unable to load game Ive ever used. Not to mention some games reset the Jackpot Bowls with an error and never go back to where you left off. Drums and 88 always have this issue.

I’ve tried to deposit money over and over and problem after problem, main one is every time I enter all the cc info the app has a new box pop up says if I want to play for real lonely to download the app. I’m on the app, I can’t get on the map anymore then I am already. So it’s done this daily and took me three chats to get a simple change of address done. Hands down one of the WORST apps ever! I would recommend the other sports and casino apps. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! It takes long to deposit funds and almost IMPOSSIBLE to WITHDRAW them and customer care are no better. Ehhhh it’s ok
It’s not as terrible as some of the reviews I’ve read. I’ve had some luck. What I think is really bad is that when you make a deposit, it IMMEDIATELY shows from your bank account but can take up to 30 minutes (per support) to show up in your balance on the app. If it’s instant from my bank I don’t see the need for it to be “pending” on the app. Also, there were a few games I wanted to play and they wouldn’t load.Show lessBrennansmom2003

Tricky adversing for free bet
I know I didn’t read the tiny fine print. All other sports books have simple first time user promos. I didn’t realize this is the only book that would have ridiculous stipulations for a first time risk free bet. Cannot do parlays and they also give casino funds not a risk free sports bet. Idk if they have improved their service or if everyone complaining just doesn’t know how to submit a document. Hit $10K jackpot 2/3.. documents approved by 2/5.. money in account 2/7. Overall app seems fine. MGM is still the king thoughnothing works at all dont use
