I enjoy the app. It’s nice to save the drive to the casino and I think the odds on this site are fair. It was hard getting my first withdraw winnings but I finally got my money. I love the casino slots variety. I play often and now only on this site. A++Marshi21
Fire keepers don’t want you to win
As soon as I hit a little bit of money on a slot game, the game was no longer available to me at all. After heading a couple times and lightning, leopard and cash eruption they were both unavailable to me! Cash irruption just keeps saying system error and lightning leopard set size 0% the entire time it says it’s loading. No problems with any other games but the ones I hit a little bit on. The app is a joke
This app is a complete waste. Horrible customer service support. There is all kind of problems making a simple deposit and there is all kind of issues to receive a pay out. There are much better betting apps out there. This one is a complete dud, I’m surprised it’s still in existence. 8 Days to Withdraw
Needed money from my account, the app stated 3-5 business days to withdraw. Fine. Wait 3-5 days and nothing. Contact support multiple times a day spending around 2 hours per day waiting on them only for them to tell me to keep waiting.
FINALLY got through to someone who actually did something today. After 8 days. Completely ridiculous and absolute disregard for customers.
With the amount of time I spent getting my money back, I would have made more money picking up a couple of shifts at McDonald’s.
This kind of stuff should be illegal (I’m sure it is with wacky stipulations that you sign into in the TOS) but I’ve put too much time into this already to put more effort into it.
Will never use this app again and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Also will never be stepping foot in FireKeepers ever again. Just use a different casino app with decent reviews, there’s a bunch in Michigan.

I deposited money and withdrew my remaining money afterwards, and received an email a few days later asking me why I am withdrawing my money. I gave them the reason, and they have subsequently ignored all further attempts to communicate with them. These people are trying to fleece all of you. Beware. They do not have hassle free withdrawals. They take your money and do not give it back. My withdrawal went from pending to gone and they have given no explanation for it.Show lessThe hancker
NOT ALL BAD
This App is not as BAD as some of the reviews, but it is hard to maneuver, especially when there is no one to speak too. My 1st problem was when I won $1,000, I put it in , to withdraw, and waited, and waited…it states that you will receive an email, but I did not get anything from them, I had an overnight stay at the Casino Hotel coming up, and wanted to play my winnings there. Well, I went to the Cashier at the Casino, and she explained to me that there were requests waiting for me to respond too…I had NO ideal, after she walked me through the steps. I saw that they were requesting a photo of my License, a copy of the card that I used, and my banking information (I used a Checking deposit slip), they ask that you cover up most of your account numbers leaving only the last 4 numbers visible. I thought that the requests were a bit excessive, BUT , it’s actually a great source of protection for the Player and the Casino. I was not able to use my $1000 winnings that night, but after I sent in the snapshots, the monies were readily available. I have not had a problem since. If not for the fact that there is not a more customer friendly explanation , or online customer service, the lack of games, and the waiting period that it takes for you deposit to reach your account (10 - 15mins). When you make a deposit while playing it should should be a continuous process. I would have rated this App higher.Show less$Bett
If you move, you won’t be able to use the app
I moved, I followed all of instructions for changing my address like they asked, but for some reason now I am not able to make a deposit. This has been going on for two months now. It’s like they don’t care if I ever play at their site again. The live chat is rude, not helpful at all. I would avoid this app. Terrible experience.Show lessBee zoo
VERY slow payouts
The app is well designed, looks great, and they have the usual list of games. But their payout process is SLOW. Every singe other Michigan casino app approves payouts and processes them within 24 hours, most within an hour. It’s been four days and still not a peep from this place, and my withdrawals are still listed as “pending.” Even the app for the tiny little casino up north paid out my withdrawal in an hour. They don’t accept PayPal, so everything is e-check. There’s no advantage to using Firekeepers until they get these two things resolved and speed up the withdraws approval process. No deposit incentives
They offer no bonus incentives for deposits just for new customer only that’s it they just take your money no 20% match 30% match nothing nothing like the other casinos that give you incentives to play plus I can’t get paid!
