    The app is supposed to allow us to communicate through message with other PadSplit members, but it doesn’t give the option to even turn notifications on for this app. Also, the maintenance part of the app isn’t working. I have to go to the web browser in order to submit maintenance problems.

  • Great but be careful.

    This has been a huge help! I’m in a home close to my job and everyone is the house is cool. Don’t let the reviews scare you, there are real properties on this app! You do have to watch for the fake ones but this is definitely great for what’s happened during the pandemic.

    Also, the app has been working consistently but now the screen is blank.

  • Do not live at their properties

    This company is terrible. From fake and old photos to having people living in your house that are not register anywhere and PadSplit doesn’t do anything to kick them out. Rude property manager and their only looking to charge you any fee very chance they get. Have the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Do yourself a favor a look somewhere else.

    The immediate customer service reps are amazing and helpful. However Padsplit’s member services is another discussion, let me explain. I’m currently in a room that’s not livable, if I can add pictures I will. Reported this to pad split today (5-6-22)as soon as I seen it. There is a room available I can move into in the same house however I’m being told I have to pay the transfer fee. Let me break down a few things. I reported this incident today between 0630-0645 to both PadSplit and the home owner, the wall it literally separated, air is or the sound of air is seeping through, plus I wiped away what appeared to be black and green mold this morning. I spoke with the owner about moving rooms ge told me to call PadSplit, I wasn’t aware he could’ve ok me to move rooms so he’s just as guilty as the PadSplit member services. Second concern: Had I not called PadSplit back no one was going to reach out to me, or email me. Seriously Padsplit’s policies are flawed and they don’t care about their tenants. I wonder if anyone else has had or is dealing with this issue or similar?? To find out PadSplit was aware of this before I moved in is a complete disregard to my life!! Further more to know member services was not going to reach out to me “until they deemed so”. Think about every business has polices that state timelines for emergencies, I think this situation definitely falls under Emergemcy…..Guess not😳 All in all I’ve called the Pasadena City Code enforcement, I also emailed them the email thread, pictures and video of my current living conditions. They are coming to out. Hopefully we have some resolve soon, I will Pat this review on every site PadSplit is on!

    if i could give -0 stars i would this place is such a flake stealing fake pictures manipulating and deceiving people as if their property are newly renovated i moved into a property got the property information the day of move-in date and the property was out of style very dirty from top to bottom roach infested dust mites odor stench my room in particular had no light bulb the window seals were dirty and dusty the walls were chipping paint the blinds were filthy they gave me a stiff mail bed dead roaches in the window seals no batteries in the smoke detector wood floors non-polished cob webs in the corner of the walls the place was tragic then they had the audacity to tell me i had to wait 24-48 hours to get a transfer made up false claims about hosts visiting the property once i left i had no contact for hosts membership services barely speak English no offense just a whole lie don’t ever move in a place were you can’t visit the property days in advance to check out the property padsplit SHOULD NOT be in business poor bad business .

    Just signed up but I can’t log into the app because I used my credentials from Facebook to sign up and that’s not even an option on the app itself

    Easy to use despite being occasionally slow at times. I like its utility and use cases. Easy to communicate needs within house
