Everything about this is horrible the houses are usually gross and not what you see in the pictures. Safety is a biggest issue if a member is causing a place to be unsafe or hostile. Nothing is done about it. Maintenance is never done. Calling you will never get straight forward help or answer. And the app it self never works properlyunfortunatelyuhappycustomer367

Will not show up
September 13 this app still wont show up delete and reinstall it works when it decides to and yes must go online at. Since August it has been flaky and non responsive and close itself out…I use it on Galaxy as wellBlack Draggen
There’s no point to the app at the moment
Any time I choose to use the app or even open the app. There is always a blank white screen. Any time I choose an option…the next screen turns white. As of 9/2/22 I believe there are no actual humans trying to maintain operation of the app. It’s completely useless.999dimi

Apple is just not paying attention
This is addressed to the fine folks at Apple: this app has been non functional for over a month (as of 8/25). We all have to use the web browser to pay rent, file maintenance requests, etc. why is this app still even here if they won’t put in the effort to fix it?jrf32477
