Great, when working
I’m still holding out hope that the developers can overcome the cat & mouse game that Uncle Tony clearly is onto now…kinda pisses me off that dumb-a** people who call into DD support to blab about Para. I think if you guys ever do come up with a solution that resolves not being able to see the upfront tip, you really should allow for feedback on an invite only IRC channel or some other type of encrypted chat server to keep the noobs and less intelligent people from using the app. I know that’s gonna come across harsh, and I’m sure I leave myself open to trolls, but it really IS irritating that my income has to partially suffer from the ignorance of others!!! Excellent app but numbers don’t match
I’ve been using this app for months now and I never had a problem, but today the app tells me a total amount that’s different than what DoorDash is paying me. DoorDash is paying me less than what the app is informing me and I don’t know if it’s a system error or DoorDash is not paying me the correct amount. I searched the app if there was a phone number to contact regarding this problem but they don’t have one. What am I supposed to do regarding this problem?Show lessAndrokel160
Great when it works
There’s been a recent update that makes this app pretty useless but the developers are working on ways to fix it so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I think a great feature to add would be to have it show the directions/special instructions from the customer. I’ve had ones that will put a different address in the delivery instructions and that’s just asking for trouble. Or if they seem rude or overly demanding I’ll just drop the order which hurts my completion rate. So being able to see the instructions before accepting the order would be a great idea!Show lesscrazydogladyxo
Doing the Lord’s work with this app!
This app is doing what all gig apps should be doing - offering honesty and transparency for gig workers to make decisions about which offers are going to allow them to cover their costs and generate profit. I’ve taken at least 10-15 orders that I wouldn’t have taken otherwise because of the information Para provided. This app is an absolute must have for dashers everywhere!Show lessDanamthompson

Doordash does not pay what they should to their drivers & for what they do pay is not enough for the amount of depreciation and money that dashers have to pay for. If you’ve personally ordered doordash before, you're probably aware that they have costly fees and they should be giving more towards their workers. This app is very significant to get as much for your money’s worth. It is so helpful and I will be recommending it to anyone I encounter that doordashes.Show lessjohnsonxemma
Almost a 10/10
I’m honestly in love with this app. I’m actually a little annoyed it took me so long to find out about it. I do Doordash and Grubhub, and this app has seriously boosted my earnings (especially with Doordash). I’m so glad I’m able to see tips for Doordash now. I also love that the app has all my earnings in one place. It is a little glitchy at times, but I believe they’re currently working to fix that. Once they add mileage tracking, this will be a true 10/10 for me. I highly recommend this to gig workers especially if you use Doordash, so you can see the hidden tips!!Show lessAddictionx

This app is amazing, I have been using it for one day and it has already amazing. I can what I will actually earn before accepting the order. No more hidden tips or no tips. Don’t get me wrong there have been good order without a tip, but the fact that we see our true earnings is amazing.

Fantastic app just 1 minor glitch
Everything about this app is what a gigger would need! I’ve been using it now for about 2 weeks and everything has been A okay, with the exception of yesterday I stopped getting the texts messages when an order pops up on my DD platform.I tried updating the app and also typing help in the texts messages but got nothing 😔Show lessSuzanne112580

This is one of them. Doordash is notorious for hiding the full amount given for orders. Para’s trip transparency feature exposes doordash’s lack of transparency. First day using it and an order came through on doordash for $3 which I would normally never take and usually means it’s someone ordering who doesn’t tip. I waited for the notification from para, which only took 2 seconds, and the total was $29. This app is literally making me money in its first day. The rest of the orders coming in were anywhere from $1 to $15 more than what doordash shows.
