  • So worth having this APP

    This App is so worth having. UPMC has impressed me so much since I moved back to PA. Started in western PA and then moved to Central PA. The two Apps have been wonderful in helping me handle my chronic health issues easily. I highly recommend having this App. Easy to navigate and helpful for making appointments, tracking results of testing and sending messages and requesting refills. UPMC for Life insurance has demonstrated to me that they really want me to be as healthy as possible. Thank you UPMC

  • Love it!

    I am 76 years old and I absolutely delight in having access to my health tests and procedure results in this detailed and very efficient manner. I love being able to compare previous studies with present studies. As a person who is intent on maintaining my total health in the best possible state for as long as I am able, the UPMC portal allows me to better understand and manage my personal health care.
    Having access to my health results allows me to better prepare any questions or concerns I may have about optimizing my health care when I speak with my providers.

  • Great App

    I have been using this portal for a few years now. I love having this info at my fingertips, being able to ask questions of the doctor without calling in, viewing test results as soon as they are available and, of course, paying online. There is so much functionality, I haven’t even explored it all, but I love it. It helps me to be in charge of my own health and make better decisions.

  • Emergency room

    I went to the ER at memorial hospital because I have been having pains on my side. I arrived at 10am in the morning. They checked my blood pressure heart . They never told me that my pressure was high. I never got to see a doctor they give me a X-ray and cat scan. I was the only African American there. They kept calling all the
    Caucasian to the back about 6pm I didn’t feel safe to be seen by a doctor so l left without getting medical attention. I know that African Americans women don’t get good healthcare. Now I know it’s true.

  • Don’t have one

    worst hospital. Come in at night when yall had two other patients, had me sitting for four hours with my SICK son, but can call someone back who came in after us. so call in the morning and some how my son is not a patient with yall?, when he literally has an appointment coming up with yall on wednesday. again WORST HOSPITAL.

  • Great teamwork top to bottom

    I have been a patient of Dr. Gerlach for many years. Throughout my time there he has employed a great team that has made me feel so cared for that I am grateful for. From the receptionist to nurses and doctors that have helped me through the years. I’m very comfortable with the level of service and support. They really care about their patients and are a great team.

  • Upmc Urgent Care Greenbriar

    Last week I had a freak accident, resulting in a facial laceration and a mouth gash. Waited 2 hrs to be seen. Once in back I questioned having tetanus update. Being a nurse myself I know there are different types if the vaccine. No staff including the PA knew a thing about the differences. I had to text a dr. Friend to be sure I was correct in my thinking about the types of tetanus! In addition the PA never touched me for a close inspection of my mouth. Asked me to pull my lip up and barely flashed a light in my mouth. Never addressed need for an outside suture or skin glue and I had a hard time keeping the jagged laceration from reopening and bleeding. This is my second unsatisfying visit here and will use Wellspan or Med Express when needed. So disappointing! Donna Moon

  • Awesome app!

    This app is so easy to use and very informative! I love that your test results are posted so quickly and you can do E-check ins before your tests so you don’t have to spend time doing that when you get there.
