  • Slow response

    I like the convenience of the portal, but the issue I have is that it takes several entrances and exits of the website to get the task completed for check ins and other items. It constantly locks up or the progress wheel never stops spinning.

  • App issues

    I have two issues with the app.
    1. When submitting a payment, the app does not show the transaction complete. It seems tip-off hang up on processing.
    2. The systems for MyUPMC & UPMC Central Pa should be combined and the systems should be merged.

  • Chart comparison

    I like how this functions. But I did like the prior version that let me create a chart of sone prior test results to current results. Thus let me see I what direction I was going, good or bad.

    Love every part of this app the only thing I recommend is put something in so people can understand what the abbreviations mean for like your blood panels and things like that

  • upmc central pa app

    this app has been my goto in the last couple weeks for helping to coordinate (and navigate) a bewildering amount of information on my recent hospital visit and upcoming medical care. it keeps me on track with the doctors, nurses and others who are involved with my care, giving me options to communicate with them using email or phone; allows me to lookup, monitor, refill and change medications; provides access to all of my test results; helps me schedule appointments (contact info, address, directions & maps), fill out necessary paperwork online and check in using a custom-created qr code; AND shows itemized billing estimates, actuals and payments.

    ***PHEW and those are the parts of the app that i’m familiar with and use! there are also telehealth and chat features, and much more that i haven’t discovered yet.***

    Would love a way to enter and track my questions for doctors, nurses and staff and to be able to create my own notes for follow up.

    And thank you for making all of this accessible to me in an easy-to-use and easy-to-understand way.
