  • Good functionality - needs more integration

    The main UPMC app integrates with Apple health, but the UPMC Central PA app does not. I would be much happier if that integration was possible. Having that integration means that I can have an ongoing and central record of all tests, biometric screenings, etc. on my mobile device.

    I would like to schedule an apt with a dr I had already seen and as unable to. Dr Sachs
  • Can’t print/export doctor letters. Not intuitive

    You can’t print or export doctor letters to pdf or AirPrint, which is frustrating since it means you have to go to the website version of the portal to do this. Also the interface is clunky with too many similar places that have similar functions. Like do I go to messages or letters or visit comments or … ? Then once you view something from the dashboard it is impossible to find which of the too many menu options it could possibly be under. The whole user interface needs a thorough review with a CX team.
