Ease of knowing what bills are due next
Do not care for the last enhancement that was made AFTER the new app was already out.
You can not easily identify what bills are due next and which ones are scheduled without clicking on each payee. Very inconvenient. End up going to a computer which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app.

I pay ahead on my loans. The due dates for my home equity loan and revolving line of credit have only the day the loans are due and not the month too so when I check back on my accounts I can never tell if I paid ahead on these loans already. Sign up for some Chase accounts, see what they do, and do the same.Show lessfrudtratddllkj4
Good!
I like the app, love the remote deposit for checks but on my business account, sometimes I cannot deposit, something goes wrong and get error message. If this could be 100% working all the time, I would give 5 stars. Aside from that, it is greatscottconcrete1234

Need to consolidate apps
When my husband lost his wallet, I went to this app to lock his debit card. I was disappointed and annoyed that I had to download a different app. As if that wasn’t a hassle, you have to add the card number manually to be able to lock a card. That’s no help since the card is missing. If a credit card app can have a quick link to lock a card, surely a bank could. Having to try calling a bank to get a card shut off is a huge hassle.Show lessCW8098

Much better than the old app! I love that I can view my finances on mobile, but the verification process isn’t always great. Would like to be able to authorize LCB for all of my accounts so I don’t have to sign in everytime.palmitespo910
