B9 showed me that I could get cash advances with no credit check and no interest rate. There are not many services where you can get instant money in several minutes online. Very good app
To be honest, I do not know how I lived without B9 - Early Paycheck Advance. I have tried many similar services that can issue a money advance, but all of them were significantly inferior to B9. So I recommend trying B9 if you need cash now. There is nothing easier than borrowing money using this app.

I do not recommend!
I have had my social security check deposited in here at least the last two months. When I was sent a txt saying I was eligible for a advance I then inquired and was told I was not eligible and they only sent that txt to eligible people?! Finally they agreed I would be eligible and to watch my account and well, never received a amount I was eligible for. Not only that but the fees are unbelievable if you transfer to another app. And when I updated my app it deleted my cash back amount so I am transferring my money somewhere else bc it’s been nothing but trouble since I started using them

Undisclosed Fees for PayPal Transfers
I have been waiting on my physical card for over 2 weeks and have had to move money to another account via PayPal in the meantime. It didn’t dawn on me that I would be charged from not only PayPal for transferring to the account I have a physical card for, but I am also being charged a fee of $1.50(minimum) up to $7.50 for a $300 transfer. So each time I transfer I am losing between $5 & $20 or more due to these fees.

Love the advance and cash back options when you use the card. Customer service has always been fast, friendly, and very helpful. They do take some time to respond but they do great work when they do. Really good experience so far. I’d give it 5 stars if there were a way to externally upload money to the card.

Great App but does need a few adjustments
Love this app! The advances are great I am able to take out the most compared to other cash advance apps such as Earnin, Dave, money lion. I’ve never had problem with my paychecks except one time. If you get direct deposits under $300, I do not suggest using this app. My check was short one time and it was only around $250 and my advance owed was $214. It paid all of it back but I couldn’t take it back out because I need to receive a direct deposit of over $300. But other than that this is a great app!

Unacceptable right out of the gate!!!!
I changed my direct deposit to go to these guys because my previous bank was garbage and had too many issues. Not even an hour after my direct deposit hits my b9 account and their app goes down!!! It has been down all day and I don’t have access to the money from MY paycheck!!!! It’s been hours and all they can tell me is that they will let me know when they have an update! Also their support phone number doesn’t work! How do you people get the most basic thing you are supposed to be offering wrong???? I can’t access my paycheck and now am going to be late on important bills! And all you can say is “we’ll let you know when we have news”?????? It’s been over 12 hours!!!!!!

I prefer B9 to any bank on the planet
If I run out of money quickly, I use B9. I do it regularly, so I would probably have a poor credit history if I addressed banks or something. B9 is cool from this point of view. You just get your cash advance. No credit check and no interest will be taken later. My Advance plan is fine, but I want more, so I will probably switch to Premium.

The very first deposit I was supposed to get into this account they cannot locate they are asking that I provide a trace number from the Employer where I have provided proof that the funds have been transferred to them yet they cannot find it. When I contacted the N- support customer service was very short and said we’ll wait till you have a trace number and ended the chat no help at all whatsoever. I am in an emergency situation I need my funds and I feel like they could be lost forever at this point I end up resulting in legal action please if it sounds too good to be true it probably is
