Does not work
I’ve been trying to book an appointment and when I get to the screen with the calendar to book it, all I get is the little wheel turning…..like the screen is refreshing, BUT it never stops so I can’t book it. This has been going on for a week. I’ve logged out several times, deleted and reinstalled 3 times, and turned my phone off and back on. Nothing clears it. I hope this gets fixed. Great App - Josie loves it
Scenthound made it super easy for me to book and check in to appointments. I didn’t have to worry about calling in or cancellations - I just booked the appointment, checked in, and got texts along the way. How does an app go so downhill?
This app used to work fine, but it hasn't been able to schedule appointments for the last six months. I've verbalized the issue to staff but no one seems to know how to fix it. This is not a "me" issue but apparently a global limitation with the app. Scheduling should be foundational. Please fix this.Stick shaker
Can’t schedule appointments
I got the app so I would be able to schedule appointments without calling but I have never been able to schedule on the app. Very disappointed.Jo_Kxoxo
Not optimized for all devices
I like using the app on the iPad because my old eyes can see better on the larger screen. Since the last update, I can’t schedule appointments because the times don’t show up. I have to call or dig out my reading glasses to use on my phone. Please fix the app for larger devices. Also, would it be possible to develop a version via the website so we can book on the computer? My phone has way too many apps and I really don’t want to download another one.Groovygrendel

Would be great if it worked all the time.
Has great features which make getting appointments easy, even paying via the app to speed up time in the center - but I’ve had to delete and reload multiple times because it stops updating and shows my past appointment as my next one. Also shows charges for no-show that weren’t charged which makes you get upset for a bit then speak to someone to realize it wasn’t charged. Fix the glitches and it’s great.DevG34
