  • App hasn’t been working this whole month

    I can only access the app if I create a new user ID. As soon as I exit out of that session, I can no longer get in the app. It says “Request failed, things don’t appear to be working at the moment. please try again later”. Well, I’ve been trying all month. The app doesn’t even try to load it just denied my connection. I reinstalled multiple times and nothing seems to change it. This app was preventing me from making my car payments, I had to reach out directly which was very frustrating.
  • Report issue:

    At the top right corner you will find “app support” click on that.
    Log into your account>>> email customer service with the issue so they are well aware of the app not functioning properly. Please be descriptive with what you experience when logging into the app.

  • Black Cover on Car

    Love the app. It does everything I need without any issues. The only problem I have and would like to know why when I open the app, can’t see the car because it has a black cover on it. If you check the Mercedes me Finance app demonstration, it shows the car model.
  • Payment

    I made my first payment (double so o can pay it off early). It took 5 days for it to come back as denied. Not letting me know specifics so I went back in, added a new payment with same checking account. Now we’ll see. I’m sure theyll charge fee. Ugh!
    So happy to get it figured out soon!
  • Trying to make a payment by credit card😔

    The automated credit card payment by phone is terrible…. I talked to two representatives on the phone and they could not help me!
    Both phone calls when they went to transfer me so I could pay by credit card. I was disconnected both times.
    So I go to the app the Mercedes Benz Financial app so I can pay my payment by credit card and you don’t even have the credit card information to be inserted into your application. It only allows you to use a bank.

    The only thing that I don’t like is the fact that I have multiple cars so once I buy the second car, it won’t allow me to adjust my pants on my first original car loan, so that makes it complicated irritating sometimes the information for each car gets mixed up, which I finally be very amusingcontacted financial to try to help me but they seem to not know how to fix the problem mark to help me to split the payment and half. I was wondering if there’s something that I can do with my first original loan I usually like to pay 301, Kay. 300 the next it seems to be a problem now that I have the second.
  • Horrible

    Why would Benz change the option to make a payment in the original ME app? I paid my bill in 15 seconds. I have been a Benz owner for 20 years and have purchased many different types of Benz trucks. The frustration of not being able to pay my bill with ease, and needing to call a rep to pay because this app refuses to work…..is ludicrous and makes me want to flip over to Porsche like I’ve been considering. You cannot have luxury claims and shotty phone applications
  • Works, but does it make it easier?

    It’s convenient to have everything here ready to go. However, if you have 2 Mercedes or more and must have 2 different Mercedes accounts or more, they constantly separate and combine your accounts - making you log out and log in and verify over and over….it’s annoying and frustrating.

    Hello missBouldin7, We’re so sorry you’re having a poor experience. The app should pick up all the vehicles registered under your SSN. However, you can manually add all your Mercedes vehicles to the same account by logging in, tapping on the hamburger menu (three lines on the top left) and then clicking on the vehicle. Scrolling right will give you the option to add a vehicle. If you'd like more information, please reach out to our Customer Care team by calling us at 1-800-654-6222.   • Worst app, can’t even load to change my bank info

    Honestly I don’t know what is going on with this app, I’ve had my car for 2.5 years already and never an issue logging into the app. Recently I try to log on as I am wanting to change my bank info for payments and it takes about 5 min to get to the main screen but then it repeatedly says retry - login failed 50 times. Very frustrating.
  • Very and easy…

    Very nice and easy to use, I would prefer a little more color on the app though, it’s just in your face with this black and white fonts.
